    I’ve been using this app since it was first launched and while it was difficult at times to understand some of the updates it remained my favorite. I was quite surprised and pleased at the quality and ease of use of the current version. I don’t look for perfect apps, just ones that do the job I need done with minimal aggravation and this is one that works for me.

  • Much needed app

    I am using Groups on iPhone 14 Pro Max iOS 17.4.1 The app just crashes at startup. I have been using it for several years with no problems. This problem just started as far as I know. I do not use the app daily, just when I need to form special groupings in my contacts, maybe once or twice a year. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but the problem persists.

    Seems with every upgrade it gets worse. Now I can’t see my message typing because the font color is white on a white background rendering it useless now.

    Great tool for sending emails and messages to multiple addresses. Wish it had the capability seeing the address in landscape view. Other than that it’s great.

  • Updates have slowly removed key features

    I subscribed to this feature many years ago because it not only allowed me to send batched text messages to a large number of people at one time, but also allowed me the ability to schedule text messages to others for a later time or as reminders to myself (something that Apple doesn’t allow me to do). But now it seems with recent updates this feature has actually been removed completely and replaced by a simple note feature with a list of reminders (something that Apple actually does have already). This is a good app for messaging, but I t is a little disappointing that I subscribed to the app for a feature that was simply later removed, a feature that really added to the experience of having a device without this functionality, but now the app doesn’t add a lot extra to the experience. In the case that this feature has not actually been removed, it is nearly impossible to find.

    Before whatever “upgrade” they did, I use to be able to easily delete multiple contacts at once. With the “upgrade” I can no longer delete multiple contacts at once, they have be individually done which is a waste to have the app because I can do that myself without the need of this app.

  • Great App for what I need

    This app is perfect for what I’m using it for. Simple texting to large groups and or emails with the option to send one at a time is so convenient. I love how it synchs with my iPhone contacts to keep my client's organized where I can send custom messages to different groups whenever I need to. Great App!

    I have used this group app for several years and I even paid for the paid version.I was very happy with it. But this new design of this app is very buggy. I have sent several emails reporting the problems and have not had any response.
