For more info: Need help: Facebook: Twitter: FAQ: Q: Can I create or edit sheet music with this app? A: Unlike Guitar Pro for Windows and Mac, this app does not let you change the notation in an existing Guitar Pro file, or create sheet music in standard notation. It is however possible to edit a single-track tablature with the NotePad tool. Editing a drum track is not available with the NotePad tool. Q: Can I open the sheet music I have purchased on mySongBook with this app? A: If you bought a single tab or a songbook (single buying option) on you can read your purchased music with the app but you cannot print it. If you use the monthly subscription, it is currently not possible to access your sheet music.

  • Super clunky song file access

Getting your own GP files into the app is barely worth the hassle. Why not allow me to simply open GP files from my Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.?
  • “You better update your app”

    By Dandreawip
Still terrible for writing music. Still stuck with one track and can’t write multitracks. The tempo slider still jumps around, what if I want to play or write something at 115bpm, nope, bpm’s are only in multiples of 4. These I feel are minor things that would have been from the beginning from a $5 or $6 app when I bought it years ago. Now there’s an update, but still the same issues? Get it together guys.
  • Great APP for teachers and students!

    By jrg828
I use this in my lessons every day and it’s great. The ability to slow things down for is fantastic, especially for students. I feel as though the app could have a few more features to make it THE tab app, but it’s amazing now so no complaints! Do yourself a favor and buy this NOW
  • Landscape tempo control!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been wanting this for years for the iPhone. I HATE using the screen vertically, but I do t want to flip my phone, adjust tempo, flip it again. It’s a hassle to have to fumble with a phone when I’m trying to increase my speed(or decrease) fluidly. You are doing so well other wise! Maybe a little verticals slider for increasing/decreasing tempo on the side. Oh, make it switchable in the setting for lefties or righties. Don’t be bias. I’ll change my review if you slap that on the next update. Luv yuns🤘🏼
  • Monster update

    Great work!
  • Good app for viewing tabs

    By Mace
Good for viewing tabs with nice options. The new version supports GP v7 files which is much needed. Only 3 stars because it is not possible to view “multitrack” on the iPad. With the iPad Pro and such, there is plenty of screen size to support this, at least 2 or 3 tracks at a time. This is a much needed feature for a lot of tabs out there tab “guitar 1” and “guitar 2” and so on. “guitar 1” will have rests while “guitar 2” plays. Or “guitar 1” solos while “guitar 2” has rhythm. So, being able to see both guitar tracks at once is much easier than flipping between tracks.
  • Falsely Advertised

The app doesn't allow you to have layers for full composition like the PC version. Unless you plan to use the app for purely tablature of other songs you could find for free or learn by ear, or to use it to tab out purely guitar, it’s not worth your time or money.
  • Not bad but

    By patakut
2 major problem. 1- can add files using neither from iCloud nor Dropbox, very complicated. 2- mosaic files not Compatible with previous versions
  • Not for tab edition or creation

    By KKcool-o
This is just a visualization tool but the cool edit or create features are missing on this... there are other options for less cost than this... disappointed
  • Works perfectly

    No complaints at all
