Market Data doesn’t even load for Dow 30 or Nasdaq 100. Don’t they test this before releasing it? Very disappointing.

The quotes for OTC stocks are now delayed 15 minutes.
  • Worthless with nagging popups

CNBC has decided to incessantly harass customers with popups telling them to allow ads. This includes customers paying for a premium subscription. You pay for a premium service and you’re thanklessly pestered with popups, some of which don’t let you continue without turning on ads. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. My subscription ends next month and I will not be renewing. I’m actively looking for another finance app to replace CNBC.

Go to the website there’s a link “watch live” that then makes you download the app that then tells you you need a subscription
  • Version 5.47 seems very buggy on iPad Air

I just got new iPad Air and while setting it up version 5.47 got installed. I have iPad mini and iPad Pro as well as iPhone Pro, all still running 5.46 and I have been using CNBC app often without any problems. The new version on iPad Air seems to have many problems so I’m not updating other devices yet, that’s why not sure if problem is just on iPad Air or all devices. When app starts up on Markets or Watchlists tab it usually opens left panel in full screen mode, eliminating the right panel. When clicking on any index on stock, what normally would bring details for this instrument into right panel, the app just displays empty screen. The only way to correct it is to go to first tab with market news, kill the app and remove from the memory and restart it. I tried other things in attempt to fix it like reinstalling app, clearing cache, changing settings to save them again, nothing helps.
  • Watchlist is flaky

Frequently all you see is a white screen, annoying to have to restart your mobile device always to start fresh. The quotes now have a mind of here own and expand across the screen. It has become buggy.
  • CarPlay Problem

No longer works with Apple CarPlay. I’ve always connected with USB cable to my Subie. CarPlay works fine except for this app. It launched and immediately closes. Always use to work. What happened? FYI, Bloomberg’s app with CarPlay works fine.

After travel, the audio won’t play. Says content not available in my region. I did travel but back in Miami now. Deleted and reinstalled app. No help.
