    I'm not running around multi tasking but it subtlety has produced noticeable changes I am really feeling. I believe it's one of his best. If nothing else my nerves are calmer and I want to get these done that I haven't wanted to do in 3 yrs.

  • music and reminders dont work on iphone 6 / ios 8+

    Used to use it a lot!! Since I purchased new iphone 6, the music and reminders of the app stopped working... Paid for it... Developer says that was updated in May 2015 but same problem persist. Sad end for a great app!

    It's kind of funny that procrastinating is what led me to buy this app lol. But i love all of Andrew Johnsons apps! They have helped me through a lot! I recommend any of his apps you think would be useful!!

    This meditation starts with Andrew Johnson's regular relaxation induction. It prepares you for the part where he speaks about Procrastination and overcoming it. His voice is very soothing and relaxing but it is not boring. You really listen to him and it's okay to drift off because you naturally come back to listening to him and all the positive things he has to say. I really enjoyed the part about making you aware about time when time stops. You will understand this but when you listen to the meditation. I know that if I keep listening to this it will keep giving me the results that I want. Andrew Johnson's meditation have been the answer to a lot of the problems that I have been having. Besides this recording I use the Deep Sleep and Deep Relaxation meditations.

    I kept postponing downloading this app, but finally did. That night I was too tired to listen to it and the next morning I didn't have time. Really. The next night, I finally listened to it... When I woke up, I organized the chester drawer and closet!! I couldn't believe it. It really works. I've also bought many others apps by Andrew Johnson and I am hooked! Get fit is really inspiring and positive. And deep sleep is excellent. I highly recommend his apps.

    I read the negative reviews prior to purchase; I thought they couldn't be true given the fact that the three other apps I purchased were very good. I could not get past the awful background music to a relaxed state. My heart rate increased and I became tense. I hope they download an update with a soundtrack similar to the ones in confidence, success or get fit.
