Always been on my bucket list and finally made it here in my early 70’s. Better late than never. My family and I have had such a good time here. People have tried to tell me how expensive it was and I believe it now especially when I ate at McDonald’s on my way in because I was too tired to go anywhere else and they charged me 50 cents each for 2 cups of water.😳 parking is a real problem too. We Rented a car which was a real blessing but been unable to stop at certain places because of not being able to park. However, overall we have had a wonderful time. Met some real lovely Hawaiian people, very friendly and always willing to help. I get the feeling that most Hawaiian people are that way. People were even nice in Chinatown. Don’t know if we will ever be back this way again but if we have a chance, we will. Weather was beautiful and scenery is God’s awesome creations. Loved the trees, shrubs, flowers, the grass and all things nature. We saw some amazing trees at the Botanical Gardens and at the Pineapple Express train ride.

I downloaded this for my first trip to Hawaii and paid for the maps. They never downloaded and it keeps asking me to pay $2.99 more. I have the payment receipt and reported a problem with the app (no reply) but congrats to the successful tourist scammer who makes bogus apps for a living.

This guide is pitiful. It doesn't list one of the state's most popular attractions, Hanauma Bay!! There are only a few restaurants and hotels for each price category. The map is horrible. Yes, you van zoom in to street level, but you can't zoom out to see the entire island. Makes it difficult to get a proper perspective. Save your money.
