  • Not Useful and Unprofessional

Really? I work in a state that has contracted with CE Broker to manage CEUs. CE Broker is a non-intuitive, difficult to navigate app that doesn’t even provide the options our board requires for license renewal. It’s a money scam and I’m frustrated that both my tax dollars and my personal time are supporting the wealth of something so ridiculously useless for its created task.

The app used to work, but now it will not even sign in to my account. I can use the website without incident, yet the app errors out every time I attempt to sign in. Re-downloaded and changed password with no fixes. Deleted app out of pure frustration after wasting valuable time attempting to use it. Thanks CEBroker! Maybe if you fix the app I will re-download.

Easy to use and great way to keep track of your CEUs
  • App - and website - are glitchy

    By Spelsie1972
In theory, it should have taken about an hour or less to log all of my CMEs into CE Broker or go through the exempt tab. I think that was their intention. Two days and countless "system error" "please try again" messages and spinning "submit" buttons that never actually submit later, and it's still spinning on the submit button as I write this. The app is also glitchy and does not contain the exempt nccpa.net already re certified option - every option you try takes you to a place where you are expected to pay and we do not have to pay to do this. The website is glitchy and I'm told this is an explorer issue. It took 30 minutes to get any help on the phone. I am disappointed that I have lost two days of productivity in the patient care setting wrestling with this site and this app. There is no excuse for this. I have been on hold for 27 minutes - the submit button is spinning...I just need this done so I can continue taking care of people. So - in a nutshell - i am not a fan of the new system due to glitchiness. If they fix it to work as intended - in theory - it might be okay and if this happens - I will recant and revise my review. My experience has been days of trying to get the system to register/accept submissions. The site and app keep trying to direct to to where you have to pay and it is unclear that you do not have to pay. I feel like they are trying to force people into believing they have to pay for the service. My biggest issue with the app is it lacks the option for applying for exempt when you have already renewed through nccpa.net. That does not appear to be an option on the app. I have wasted a lot of time wrestling with the app and website to no avail.

I’m very concerned on the privacy of my information since I have access to another persons information. At the least ...it is not accurate
  • Not user friendly

I don't understand why we have to pay $69 to submit a picture of our CE statements. Also, as a pharmacist, it seems absurd to have to use this website for FL licenses when all we are doing is submitting copies of our transcripts that are already maintained by the NABP on CPE Monitor. Why not just cut out the middle man and go directly to CPE Monitor?

AP is very user friendly; able to quickly update and load CEUs
