  • No online issues on new app since 3/2019

    I can no longer access online issues with the new app. Latest issue is from 3/2019. The app wants me to pay for issues since then. I have tried several times to log into the app and link my account with my email using the app’s instructions and still no access to issues newer than 3/2019. Today I tried to log into the app and cannot get past the login screen. Very disappointing. I expect online access since I’m paying for it. Sent email to App Support but have not heard back. Please help. Thank you.

    I just purchased the June 24th Mariska and Perter Hermann issue and the magazine will not open for me to read it. I’m highly upset it just spent $6 for this issue. Please fix your app or refund my money.
  • Continuous problems downloading issues

    Every few weeks I am not allowed to download new issues—I only get choices to pay for an issue or get a free trial even though my subscription is current. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled but it’s still not working.
  • Renewal Time Doesn’t Work

    Every 6 months my subscription renewal is automatic. You get my money but it’s a hassle getting my magazine to show up in my library. This needs to be fixed or I will stop using this app.

    So many issues downloading issues every time the app gets updated. Now I cant get in AGAIN. Waste of money.

    I was receiving my people magazine just fine until the new app. Then I had to re register and supply info I couldn’t remember or get. I have lost the last several months of my subscription because I have been unable to access them on my iPad. I have tried many times to get my lost issues and have failed. I don’t have any trouble with my NY Post and US Magazine. Very disappointing.

    I have been a digital subscriber for years and can no longer read my issues. I have tried everything. I am very frustrated and fed up with this app. I have a subscription through October 2019 but will definitely cancel my subscription.

    I have been a subscriber for over 15 years and service is now terrible. Can’t access digital on all Meredith magazine subscriptions and People has not been mailed for 2 month. Paid with check March renewal and was cashed . Their website on account shows as current. Have called several times and emailed. Feel like they just tell they will fix to get you off phone. One woman said their system was down and could not look at account which does not sound right
