  • Awesome app!

Love the idea of Plex. Thanks for making this possible to watch my movies and TV shows digitally.
  • Congrats

Edit - figured it out, it only shows up when there is the availability of additional servers to choose from. Kind of makes it difficult to realize that hey, that server isn’t connected right now, instead of, how the heck do change freaking servers! Thanks for making troubleshooting so difficult. Congrats. You’ve managed to screw something up so royally as to get me to write a review. Somewhere, somehow, the ability to switch servers has been either deleted or tucked away somewhere in the deep dark bowels of the current iteration of the plex app for iOS. I like to think I’m pretty dang tech savvy, way more than the blue shirt wearing sales people. Anyways this is dumb. Changing servers is part of the lure of this service and is part of why I bought a lifetime pass. Please fix!
  • Stop Reinventing the Wheel

The tvOS app used to be one of the cleanest and fastest Plex interfaces available five stars minimum. (I have used android, roku, windows, etc.) Now with the new update - customizable or not - it’s clunky and unpolished. Next step it will be like the Smart TV interface and you’ll be fighting to change between libraries! Keep it simple, also keep in mind the platform.... a unified experience doesn’t make sense when you are talking computers, mobile devices, and Apple TVs.
  • Not what I was hoping for or what they are advertising.

It wouldn’t let me upload any of my movies and there is a play restriction of a few seconds of playtime for your songs.
  • Tough to Beat

All my movies and shows are available seamlessly on any of my or my kids devices. If we travel, sync locally or stream remotely. Paired with a powerful router I’ve shared at least four different video streams at once with no stuttering or buffering or downscaling. What else do I need? There are one or two minor sorting things that I’d like to see, but not worth losing a star over. I recommend this to anyone who has a collection of media.

  • Grey screen w/audio

Having the hardest time watching anything without my video going all 1980s static on me. I can still hear the audio just fine, but no video.
  • Fix Google Cast support

This is the jankiest app I’ve ever used with my chromecast and I regret having paid for Plex Pass.
  • Format

    By nicknames good yes
I love plex alot but often they keep changing the format of their app over and over and well its irritating to have to adapt to something and have it completely changed, not once but three times Please just keep a format as it is other than that its the best app
