  • IRig stomp I/O

    By DomHallBass
All pedals, amps and mics are NOT unlocked with the registration of the IRig stomp IO. You are only able to access “AmpliTube” Amps, pedals and mics. So you STILL NEED TO DOWNLOAD AND BUY THE 2018 Suite. Which is a 379.00 investment. Not a lot to ask from 1 pedal. But this is a huge miscommunication. I’m glad I have a day before my performance to figure this all out.
  • BPM Sync Does Nothing

    By P-Wunder
I use this app live. It’s never crashed, and the sounds are pretty good. But I will never give this more than 1 star until they make the BPM sync feature intuitive. At present, it does nothing, or perhaps it somehow works, but I can’t figure out how. Make that work, and this is a 5 star app.
  • Don’t waste your money

$156 poured into this app. I get a new iPhone and it won’t restore any of my purchases. Thanks IK Media 🖕
  • Awesome

    By Ruben8004
Great, not only for practice but also for recording and listen live. Is like having thousands of dollars of equipment at the palm of your hand. I used with an amp or a PA system and the sound is amazing.
  • Great for practicing

    By jspryor
The amps sound great for quiet practicing. I’m on a tour of duty in Kuwait and need to be quiet with my playing. It really sounds incredible with a pair of powered, noise-cancelling headphones. With regular headphones though, it can get staticky and muted. I did plug it in my old Fender 110 amp at home before I left and it made that crappy little amp sound good. I currently use the iRig 2 interface with it, so an HD or HD2 would probably make it sound even better. The recording feature is great for saving ideas for recalling them in the future. Bump up to the 8 track recorder and drum machine, you could probably write an entire song on it. It can get pricy with the in app purchases of other amps and features. But if you buy the bundles you could save quite a bit of money. Overall, I’m happy with the app.
  • Issues with iPhone X

    By AJ Rupani
Just bought iRig-HD 2 and it won’t even light up when I connected my iPhone X with iOS 12. IK support page doesn’t have any information Please fix it.
  • Have to purchase iPhone and iPad separately

    By Beware $5 app
Stick with the free version. $20 will only let you use it on one device and there are not that many more effects in the paid version either.
  • Don’t do it if you play bass!!

    By Musedesigns
Don’t get this for bass guitar. Horrible. I only give it 3 stars cause it has a couple good amps. But can’t dial in a good tone. Go with the Peavey AmpKit. Beautiful sounds, easy to obtain. You don’t have to work and work to get what you might consider to be a bass guitar. Don’t waist your time. I have purchased each interface they offer. From the lip stick tube to the HD version. The HD version don’t get me started. I wish I could get a refund for all Ive I bought. I given them all kinds of money and have a phone and iPad full of an unusable app. Not including all of the in-app purchases I made. I just dropped it another star. After thinking of all the money that be spent. I work third shift so it limits my practice time at home. So I purchased this with the hopes of being able to practice and possibly write a bit since I have the 8 tracks to record on, the looper to creates loops on. Also, the extra drum loops. Before this is brought up. I’ve tried different bass guitars. Active, passive, active with a passive switch. Different pickup configurations. I only hope the creators at IK read this and take note. I was bragging to everyone about how innovative and musician friendly company this must be to take into to consideration the many musicians that could possibly benefit from this. I was going to purchase all you guys offered. But then I tried, tried, tried, tried,tried........goes on and on. Purchase other amp models just hoping that was what I was missing. Nope. Totally disappointed. Sad emoji face.
  • Good but could be better

    By FalloutFan2353
Good sound quality with a decent selection of pedals. The only thing that really annoys me is the volume output. It’s impossible to get the volume to match other apps without signal peaking, so you can’t play along with other songs on Apple Music or Youtube.
  • Don’t buy anything - be wary

    By Tony Quill
Amplitube full bundle was $99 but when I purchased the looper (to use temporarily till I got the whole thing) the price changed to $150..?
