    Wasn't expecting much. But I gave it a serious effort to try this. It took a while for me to get used to it. Now it's my go to for getting into a relaxed state. I have seen many improvements in my quality of life. I highly recommend this app. Don't expect overnight results. You have to give it some time.

    Loved this program, but the new version crashes instantly upon opening after I tried switching to short induction/no introduction. I'm going to have to delete the program entirely, reinstall and see if it works if I keep the settings at their defaults.
