    I love this. It’s uniquely helpful for so many things. Aj has a gift for the world and the app is beautifully design. Unfortunately and the reason for my 3 stars ( it gets a 5 for content but 1 because for technical reasons I can’t listen. Average that it gets 3 stars). After more and more material has been added I find I cannot listen without it crashing. Have tried listening in many different locations so I think their servers can’t handle the load. I sent an email about the issue. Twice. Doesn’t seem to be getting any better and it’s been some months. If it was possible to download it might help. Many thanks.

    I swear by this app. I had a really bad day and was having suicidal thoughts I was fighting and this app basically helped me fight through it. If you’re looking for something to help you this is the app.

    I’ve been using many of these apps for many years and love most all of them. I get benefit from the Positivity app with its subtle suggestions just like the others. I have a big library of Andrew Johnsons work and will continue to use them as needed.

    I love it and I’ve been using it for years. But I don’t get why in this last update there was suddenly this sound chunk added about squeezing your fingers together? It kind of stressed me out because I had been so used to and familiar with the regular flow of it. Also it interrupts the music. At one point there’s also repetitive instructions (always have been there) which I’m not sure if are intentional but have always been annoying.

    I wish I never had allowed the app to update to the new look. It is terribly bright with no night time shift and has gone completely backwards in terms of look and functionality. Playback preferences are buried, no more calming visuals (just a blinding white screen) and unsophisticated graphics. With so many visually appealing & calming apps out there to compete with, it’s hard to see why these changes were made. Otherwise Andrew makes quality recordings.

    Why did the hourly chime change to a standard notification sound?! I hate it. It certainly isn’t soothing—the opposite, in fact.
