    I have been a frequent flyer of his apps. I have bought about 5. I used them a lot because they worked. When I updated my phone none of the apps showed up. When I went to go re download them it wanted me to pay!! So I’m all set with that garbage.
  • What happened to my paid purchases on the old app?

    I haven't updated in awhile but I had many paid purchases in the old Relax+. Different therapies, etc. None of that is here in the new one, very disappointing. I don't want to pay for a bunch of separate apps when I paid before in Relax+. Shame because AJ is fantastic.

    So a few years ago I bought all the apps with an old phone. Then I got a new one with a new job and I didn’t meditate for a long time. Now I’m trying to relax and heal physically.     This one relaxes me like none of the others. My only complaint is that you can't skip the instructions anymore. A work break of 15 minutes is enough time without the instructions.

    One of the best guided relaxations I've tried. There's nothing weird or metaphysical going on, just good, sound use of proven techniques that can actually affect the way I feel. A good way to to take a little break and de-stress before returning to the daily grind! I highly recommend for anyone with anxiety, high stress, or trouble sleeping.
