  • Cuts out during games

    I love watching my team and as I’m not in their market this the Team pass is my only choice. But every game it drops the signal and I have to start it again and then fast forward to where I was dropped. Happens during every game at least once and sometime 2-3 times. Really pisses me off :( It doesn’t matter if I stream through Apple TV or Roku...same problem. At least I get to watch games.

    Seems like every other time I use this it requires an update. And when it needs an update you can’t use the app unless you do so. I just want to check scores or standings quickly. 👎🏼

    I get to step 3 where it says “watch” and then I can not go any further... I logged in with my TV provider information and it said I was good to go, not so much!

    In my another device(android phone), nba app is worked properly. But this app, I can’t access my account at all. When I type Account and password, this message comes up. “ERROR: something went wrong on the server end” I tried several times throughout all week, but still cannot access.
  • App isn’t exactly working

    App pulls up and ask me to sign in the way I received my subscription. Me I did it via my cable provider, entered my credentials correctly and nothing ever happens after that, just say thank you for successfully signing in AT&T U-Verse.
  • Xfinity subscribers beware

    I bought League Pass at a ridiculous rate with the idea that I would be able to watch on my iPad through this app (like I did last year). This year Xfinity is somehow not a “participating TV Provider.” If this doesn’t get fixed, I’m definitely canceling the purchase and will never buy again.

    You don’t even have all the players on the players section of the app. Missing some studs like Embiid. Do you plan on adding all the players?

    I purchased the NBA League Pass for 1 team. Positive: when you can watch the game, The video quality is very nice. Good sound quality. I can watch the games on my phone. Negative: Too many restrictions. Out of the 10 games i was only able to watch 3 live because of restrictions. Either i have to wait 3 hours after the game, and up to 3 days. How ridiculous is that. Conclusion: Don’t waste your money on this. Try getting it through your cable company. Most times, you can still access the game using their app.
  • The lag....

    The lag on this app is absolutely awful! I regret buying a pass for how difficult it has been to watch. I am better off catching the highlights on YouTube.
