    Used this daily and at night on loop while preparing for bar exam. Keeps you relaxed and confident that the knowledge is there and you will be able to convey it on a test. I never really had test anxiety, but still found this to be really helpful. Night mode had me asleep before the substantive portion of the "hypnosis" even started. Very relaxing. Worth the $3.

    This works like magic! I had experienced a lot of stress as a first year med/grad student, from the overwhelming curriculum and the competitive peers. Due to the high level of stress, I had achieved very little no matter how hard I try. Until I started using this app every night for about 2 weeks before exams. The first thing I noticed was that I started to wake up every morning with a prepared mind, willing to accept any challenges. As the stress, specifically stress for exams, is effectively relieved, I have been able to study more efficiently with more confidence and energy! So far, i have been able to ace all my exams and projects. This app really helped me get back on my feet!

    I recently used this app before taking the final part of my USMLE, I didn't really notice a difference until test day arrived. The night before, I slept well and throughout the night. The day of the exam, I was calm, relaxed and was able to get through all 9 hours of the exam without any anxiety, stress or difficulty. This app really did work miracles and I highly recommend this app to anyone who has a difficult exam coming up.

    Simply put, a great app and totally worth it. I was preparing for my USMLE Step 2 boards exam (big important test during medical school) and I was very nervous. So I tres out this Exam Prep app each morning after I woke up for about 3 weeks (everyday). He just prepres your mind to take that rest, installs confidence in your knowledge, and has you mentally walk through your exam date.... So when it really comes, you feel like a million bucks!!! I don't usually write app reviews, but thinks truly a cool app that can help others do their best on exams.

    I'm female, but I find most female voices on meditation programs to be high pitched & annoying...not what you want when you're trying to relax. Johnson's pitch & timbre are perfect, even with the accent. This is a program I can get my husband to listen to.

    I'm in my second year of vet school and have horrible test anxiety. I used this every night for four weeks during final exams this year and finished with five A's and one B. Best grades yet in vet school, 2nd in my class and NO anxiety before or during any test. Also, I finished every exam which I almost never do. I studied hard, but I truly believe listening to this helped keep me calm, focused and relaxed so that I was able to do my best. Highly recommended.
