  • These ads are brutal... couldn’t make it through 1 episode

I know there are a ton of ads and the company needs to make money. I am a very casual viewer so the premium just doesn’t make sense. Let me pay 5$ for 25 episodes and if I need more I can buy more. Kinda like a pay as you go plan, you pay more the more you watch.

The user interface is just ugly, jumbled and an overall mess. Th anime selection is phenomenal however I’m not that happy that these companies are being underpaid by Crunchyroll.

So, I wanted to watch “Attack On Titan Season 3”. It wouldn’t let me! It constantly kept sayin “error”. I tried everything I could. I restarted the app, I deleted the app and downloaded it again, etc.. Don’t download this app. I got my hopes up and now I don’t know what to do. If you can, can you please tell me where I can watch “Attack On Titan Season 2-3? I would really appreciate the feedback!
  • Annoying ads, and non-standard interface

Despite paying for Crunchyroll, the app still likes to show intrusive full screen ads for mobile games, then has the confidence to ask for a review... I wouldn’t mind if this marketing material was just a banner somewhere, but it feels quite intrusive when all I want is to watch a quick episode of anime. On another note, the app does not support the 3rd generation iPad Pros yet, so get used to letterboxing, and still has an interface that screams Android-first, which is unfortunate, because the anime selection itself is great — Crunchyroll just likes to punish you for trying to watch it.

I am having trouble with Crunchyroll. When I search an anime it says “no results found.” even if Crunchyroll has that anime. Also I can not find Code Geass and Hetalia in Crunchyroll and they were on here before. Can you please fix and read this.Crunchyroll is a good anime app but I might have to delete my account and switch if this is not fixed. From, Crunchyroll user
