  • Ads

I understand that you have to pay to get rid of ads but please fix them because I keep seeing the same ones over and over and I have to close the app and go back just to watch my show.
  • Terrible

Ok. First off, there’s way too many ads. And some don’t even function properly resulting in you having to exit and re-enter the app. The ad will play through, but won’t progress to the next ad. And if you tap it, it repeats. It stays like this until you leave the app.
  • Awful

    By TiffBFL
This app has so many adds that I could only watch the intro of my anime's I watch, when I clicked on skip ad it just kept going to another ad, I don't recommend this app to anyone since you can't even watch your show.

  • Makes you rewatch ads

    By Breh123344
Seriously annoying when you have to rewatch ads because the videos won't load.
  • Subbed

    By EricYbarra627
I can understand that there are purist who like it subbed, but they don't think about the fans who like it dubbed.
  • Remove adds

    By Calmkamen
The adds get so annoying when I'm trying to watch dragon ball super and other anime. So please remove adds if there were none I would give it 5 stars but the adds are what make it not 5 stars. So please remove adds.
  • Frustrating

I love the selection of shows on this app, but I can barely get through an episode. I don’t mind ads, and I understand why they’re there. But most of the time I start an episode of a show, and ad plays, and then it freezes at the end of the ad. It doesn’t go to another ad and the episode doesn’t start. If I touch the screen, the same ad replays. Also (when the show does start) if I try to do a quick skip back to catch something I missed during the episode, it basically freezes. It has the buffering symbol in the middle of the screen, but nothing ever happens. I let it buffer one night watching Dragon Ball Super at about 10:00pm thinking it might just take a while. I fell asleep and woke up at 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning and nothing had happened. I’ve loved Crunchyroll in the past but I’ve used it on other platforms like PS4 and Android so I don’t know if it’s the iPhone app specifically that has this problem or if it’s just this version, but please fix it so we can all enjoy our anime!
