    Even after the first night I found the following day I was much less resistant to cold calling. I’m not where I want to be, but it’s a step in the right direction. I am very please with this. The only thing and I think I read it in another review. When you get past induction, the following portion is a noticeable amount louder. If I am asleep by the time induction is done, I haven’t woken up, but if I’m still semi-conscious, it is jarring the audio level difference.

    This is best relaxation app that I have used so far. Late at night when I cant go to sleep, the "relax" app is always able to soothe my worries and before you know, I wake up so refreshed and alert that its truly amazing how effective these series of apps actually work.

    I have always struggled with falling asleep, insomnia and social anxiety. So far, I have fallen asleep like a BABY every night. What a relief! Here's to hoping the social anxiety starts to decrease too!

    So far i think it made my anxiety get worse but I'M NOT LOSING HOPE. Never . I have to listen to this app for atleast 3 weeks and i'm still on my 4th day so its too early to judge so i'm hoping this will help me when 3 weeks have passed. :))
