    I miss a lot calls. Not sure if it has something to do with using voice/data but I miss a lot of calls that I never see actually ring.

    The call quality and operation could be better. At times, the app is down for a day, and this impacts my ability to conduct business.

    Almost all of the time calls through the app go straight to voicemail. It’s infuriating and I miss client calls all the time. I will be canceling soon unless this is fixed.

    A lot of calls to me that never connect to my phone. If WiFi isn’t available, half the time it prompts fo a phone number in another area code and I cannot make call. An ok way to get a second line on a cellphone but if it is important to receive all calls, this may not be the way to do it.

    Videos can not go through or multi picture texts . Calls fail very often and poor line service very frequently. Please improve that . Thank you .

    Cuts out a lot. Pretty glitchy. You can't port the local number they give you to different service.

    Issues I have with the service include my calls dropping if another call is coming in. Also, the phone will often drop the call when using the headset or will become mute or on hold- extra sensitive that activates those features? Never happens when I’m using my main line on this iPhone. I feel like I have to use the speaker setting so there’s no inadvertent activation of those buttons.
