ESPN is cancerous, too much mainstream media. It’s in your best interest to download bleacher report instead 💯💪!! See for yourself...

This app used to work great. Within last month, when I open, it just never fully loads and freezes. Deleting the app and reinstall doesn’t work either

Thank god there is still a “Watch ESPN” app because this one sure as hell doesn’t work. Every time I open it, it either doesn’t load, doesn’t respond to my clicks, or will just crash before I can do anything at all. Garbage app, figure it out.
  • Love/Hate Relationship

I really want to love this app for all of the amazing content that it puts right at your fingertips but I am constantly frustrated by its performance issues. I stream content from ESPN radio during my morning and evening commutes and The stream inevitably gets interrupted during key moments of the shows that I am listening to and I struggle to get it reconnected. I have experienced this problem with this app over multiple phone upgrades and multiple OS’s. It’s not a network or hardware problem as the other streaming apps that I use (Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Sirius, etc...) all work without issue whenever I lose connection with the ESPN app. Again, I really want to live this app as I love the content that it provides access to. I just wish it worked reliably.
  • Not very user friendly.

Much prefer their old app. Much easier to find the games I’m interested in watching. I’m an old athlete myself(played college basketball) as is my husband (college football) and now we have a son and daughter who both play just about play every sport they can. We live and breathe sports. So I want to be able to watch all sports, both male and female sports, and find them easily on the app. I find this to not be the case with this newer ESPN app. I have a tough time finding college softball and volleyball games to watch, and again, overall just find it to be an awkward app to navigate through. Also, and this is just a logistics thing and may be out of ESPN’s control, but I would love to be able to watch more games from my region/conference that I live in and prefer, which is the Big12 conference.

App is horrible for live streaming. Unless on google fiber WiFi you’ll have a trrrible experience trying to watch live spors. The actual Watch ESPN app was way better.
