    Great tool. I don’t calorie count. Which sounds crazy after I type my next statement, but this helps you not to over eat if you only eat once a day. Doing OMAD carnivore.

    I’ve been using this app for about 8 years, and I prefer it to many others I’ve tried. However, I really wish it had a setting for net carbs for keto dieters. As it is, I’m never quite sure of my carb count, though protein and fat are always accurate. A net carb function would make it the ideal app for everyone!

    Great app, lots to choose from. However the restaurant section needs updating and there seems to be some calorie differences between app and restaurant nutrition charts.

    This is the best App if it wasn’t basically abandoned. I use to be able to sync my phone to the website and use either my PC or app to enter data. All the reports were useful but now it seems like the math is off when calculating % of protein, fat and carbs. So frustrating knowing how well this app use to work! All the other apps are missing what is offered here, I guess maybe I should figure out how to develop the app myself so I can get all the things I love about this app working correctly combined with some features I think if along the way.

    I love this app... almost everything is already loaded (not so much for local only restaurants, but tons of chains). After researching all of the recommended health apps, I still like this one best. I hope the developers will work to link with the health kit for increased insights. It also looks like the health kit can track additional nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. I hope this information tracking can also be incorporated.
