So glitchy I stopped using a while ago. Then you just teased me with a notification, I click on it and you take me to the homepage where I can not find what you were notifying me about anywhere. Notifications are supposed to take you what you are notifying me about. But I guess you wouldn’t know that since you barely know how to make an app that works.

I've subscribed to Tier 2 Premium for 5+ years as it offers, IMO, a superior value to Sirius/XM given its ability to control the experience and listen to full albums, custom playlists, stations of seeded artists, the offline capability, and the Fine Tuning option (which is an awesome feature), along with the absence of annoying DJ's (deactivating Slacker's "Host" stops the DJ). The app is fairly intuitive but contains a number of hidden features I've found totally by mistake: drag an actively playing station to the right reveals assignable shortcuts (like the buttons in your car); holding down on the << or >> to rewind or FF a track (or drag the progress bar); and the Fine Tuning option to redefine stations based on Newer/Older, Hits/B-Side, Host on/off, and Favorite tracks More/Less often. I miss the Lyrics feature that have been gone a while now and the return would be a bonus. Issues that need fixing: unfavoriting stations or marking for offline causes the station list jump to the top and loses my place. I'd like the ability to create named groups of saved stations, otherwise I'm reluctant to save too many because the list become unmanageable and takes too long to scroll. The iPad needs slide over please. The Preset Buttons seem to reset with every new versions, at least it seems so. In spite of a this excellent platform, Slacker has stumbled from a marketing perspective, does not support Alexa or Google Home (nor has announced), and was recently sold to an events promoter. What happens to this great brand long term is yet to be seen.

Been listening for several years now. It’s great, but recently the button response has gotten really buggy.

On latest iOS 11.3 the error message says “we’re having trouble accessing the internet...” while on WiFi 10MBPS.
