    The watch app works fine w/o the phone near by. However when it’s back in range, they don’t sync up, so the run you just did won’t show up in you activity log on phone app.

    Wish there was a way to set the mileage or run 5K 10k or whatever and go and have it stop what’s I’ve reach the miles I want to run. Set it and just got without the interval interruptions

    Been using the app for over 6 years and never had any troubles until recently. I’ve run the same route all these years, then all of a sudden the distance is shorter. The app also goes auto-pause mode when slowing down. I haven’t even stopped and it does that. Developers, please fix these issues if I am not the only one having them.

    If DJ is part of underarmor and this is made by underarmor, it cannot be half bad. Easy to use. Seems accurate enough. Great for casual or amateur runners.
  • Apple Watch not syncing

    My steps from my Apple Watch are not being added to my challenges. I’ve sent a request for help and have not heard from map my run yet. It’s annoying at this point. The steps however are being added to map my fitness and health app. Smh. Looks like I will be losing my challenges 😕

    I have used the app for over 5 yrs for walking & running for half. It’s the best free app!!! Shows your GPS route, time per mile, & calories burned. LOVE MapMyRun
  • Frustrating

    This is an ok app but small things that just don’t make sense. For example, there’s no way to review your split times if you’re running splits that aren’t the default 1 mile. So if I’m running quarter mile intervals, there’s no way to review how fast I ran each one. Then, when using a training program, it automatically changes the plan and the changes don’t make sense. I’d run faster than the expected time indicating that I was actually ready to move ahead or the plan but the plan would adjust to a slower time the next week. Just doesn’t make sense and extremely frustrating. Just leave the plan as is because I have a plan I like. I’ve found that Runkeeper has less of these frustrating things so I use that app now.

    I just upgraded to iPhone XR and logged in to find all of my historical data unavailable. I can still see it on my old iPhone but nothing is synced to the new one.
