I really am enjoying Lifesum. It has been life changing thank you. I’m a career firefighter and I’ve struggled with eating right. But Lifesum has me taking back control of my life.

i really liked this app, until i purchased the premium version. i purchased the premium version because i liked the idea of it tracking my exercise automatically from my watch. but after several months the premium version has not worked consistently at all. i delete and re-download this app at least once a week to get the tracker to start working again. after contacting customer service they suggested that i refund my app before the refund period passed. doesn’t sound like they have any plans to fix this issue. so in short, great app. just don’t waste your money on the premium version.

Better bar scan with more options when scanning. Stop relying on customer input do some of your own research for more accurate information input

Some calories (for example for cherries) are not accurate.

Firstly I’d like to comment on the aesthetic of this application it’s calming and smoothly runs on my iPhone however adding food seems a little hard because adding specific portions that aren’t based on serving size requires decimal conversions that off the top of my head I don’t know making logging the food a much more tedious task than using the app lose it however i still prefer this over the other so i will continue using Lifesum.

I got this app a couple months ago and than deleted because it was hard for me to track all of my food. Since it is the summer I decided that I might have more time to be able to track my food and activity. I re-downloaded Lifesum and after I signed in it brought me to a page that wanted me to confirm that I had read the he updated policies. The screen was buffering so I couldn’t read it and it wouldn’t even let me click ok to move on. Thus went on for a while so I deleted the app and re-down loaded the app. It still didn’t work. This has been happening for a day now and I would really like to be able to use Lifesum. It may be an issue on my end but I am not sure. If I could get a response that would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I love the app, but I do the 21 day fix exercises and there isn’t anything similar in the exercise options
  • Not worth it

There are so many free apps out there that will do the same thing as the “premium” subscription of this app. I thought I would be able to do a lot more with it if I upgraded for 3 months. Nope. Just basic features, a waste of $20 (non refundable). Within a month I canceled my account and deleted the app. Half of the foods I scanned would be incorrect entries. I’m glad I double checked labels because my calorie counts would've been extremely off. Defeats the purpose if I’m having to manually enter everything.
  • A better way

If only I can see the foods that are right and how to make them would be better but for free
  • Restaurant Options

Great app! Has Keto! Now all they need to do is not just add restaurantwith full menus, the menus should have OPTIONS to remove items from from the food and we will be all good. If I go to Fatburger and get a Skinny Burger Large, I should be able to say what I had on my burger or be able to build it to how I ordered it. That is the only thing that Myfitnesspal has over this app imo. They may not have it as specific as what I wrote, but at least they have a single chicken leg option when I order chicken. Increase your food database. PLEASE!!!
