I am a 130 pound, 51 year old brown belt woman. I found Yoga for BJJ back when I was a blue belt and constantly injured rolling with people who outweighed me. I was hooked by Sebastian’s no nonsense approach to practice. Over the years Yoga for BJJ has helped prevent injury as well as helped me safely rehabilitate through injuries. I would have never made it this far without this valuable resource.

Best thing I have ever done to supplement my jiu-jitsu. Instruction geared towards jiu jitsu practitioners, but good enough for anyone. Best part is being able to download a video and take outside where there is no internet. I've been using Yoga for BJJ for over a year now.

From years of construction work, surfing and now BJJ my body has taken quite a beating. This app has been a life saver for healing injuries quickly through the targeted recovery sections. The yoga flows have helped increase my flexibility and strength. My coach told me to try this app and I’m grateful he did. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect complement to BJJ. Great flows for before and after training or when you can’t make class.

I’ve tried several apps and programa for Yoga, but nothing came close to YogaforBJJ when it comes to improving on grappling and speeding up recovery. Must use for grappling afficionados

I’ve been a subscriber for nearly 2 years. It started as a means to fix my ailments. Now I use it almost everyday to keep me in just free and to improve my game (on and off the mat). It’s fantastic.

I now know that Sebastian and all the other instructors involved in this company are incredibly knowledgeable in the world of yoga practice. However, when I first began, I was drawn to Yoga for BJJ because I wanted to improve my Jiu Jitsu, and Sebastian and Stine just made me feel happy! There’s tons of professional, studio quality classes available on this app. But there’s also a few with Sebastian whispering so he doesn’t wake up his baby or struggling over an English word—and those are my favorite. Jiu Jitsu can be a realm where there is lots of ego floating around. I think Sebastian and Stine are constantly inviting their students into community. Seeing someone practice yoga with their baby sleeping in a bassinet nearby, or with the high likelihood of a Jiu Jitsu-beat up body, made me feel like, “If they can do it, so can I!” There’s so much to this app besides really, really amazing flows (with proper warmups!): PT for injuries/injury prevention, meditation, inversions, restorative classes, yoga for pregnancy...or MMA/striking. Ha! I feel like there is something for everyone. If I could only have one app for my workouts/yoga/Jiu Jitsu—this would be it.

I will never be without this investment! This app has everything from novice to expert. I especially like the yoga for rocks & boulders, as well as, the rehab programs.
