It’s like slay the spire but not a complex, a good easy mode of the game. There’s still an issue where the game freezes whenever you attacked by a wolf in the northern region
  • Not bad at all, but booo DLC

The game itself is perfectly fine. It’s a fun time. I have an issue with games that you pay for then have to purchase DLC for later to access all of it. Either charge more up front and give full access (using the reputation to buy power ups) or have it be “free to play” and then charge for DLC to access more.
  • Good. That’s all.

Just an average game with mico transactions. If you want gold quickly, you could spend $2.99, or you can play the game and get gold slowly. Playing the game gets repetitive and boring if you’re playing just to get gold, because you’re not guaranteed to reach a market to get more HP and you don’t get enough coins after every battle to buy HP. So in other words, since every battle doesn’t give you enough coins to buy HP, it means you fail and have to start all over again losing all your coins. Which is generally what the game is design to if you’re playing to get gold. Which is annoyingly stupid. Sadly you have to save your coins and fail fail fail fail fail and restart numerous of times. But that’s mostly what all games that are free or have a price tag with mico transactions on the store, do. Game wants you to mange your coins and decide when to buy HP. Again, it’s annoyingly dumb.
  • Decent fun for the price

There’s a lot of content in this game and it certainly is fun, but it gets stale pretty quickly in my opinion. Unlike Slay the Spire, there are too many classes/characters and none of them feel particularly good. Maybe I didn’t play it enough, but I never got to the point where I could consistently get good combos or synergistic cards. The RNG feels off with this game. I don’t think cards in this are random, nor should they be, but unlike STS the available options feel like they’re pigeonholing you into very particular builds rather than giving you the option to be fully creative.

I love this game the first time that I ever saw it was when my uncle was playing it and it looked like a great game and not that hard to understand because I was about 9 at the time and when I got home I immediately bought it and loved it now about 3 years later I have just downloaded the game again and can’t get enough it’s so good so if you have and doubt of this game then that would be crazy the only thing that is a little bad is that the amount of money you get from finishing a voyage is not much and that is where all beginner start and the next character that I want is worth 8,000 coins but besides that this a great game and if the developers read this make sure to give yourselves a pay on the back.

Game is VERY grind-heavy (absurdly so) and is designed to make you use the cash shop. Also it’s almost entirely rng dependent and minimizes rewards. (so you’ll buy progression). Most of the game is punishment mechanics and sunk-cost fallacy. The combination of all this basically means an extremely punishing game where you finish and see your reward... in the cash shop.
  • Excellent game

I love this game but the cloud Dave gives me an unable to save error even though it’s saving. Outside of that annoying bug I’m enjoying the game
  • Cash shop

As someone who loves Slay the Spire, this game is really a breath of fresh air. Different enough to be exciting, but similar enough to be familiar. There needs to be an option to disable/reduce the length of animations. Every shuffle adds like 3 seconds to your time, which sounds like nothing but adds up quickly when you’re shuffling one or more times every turn. Whenever you draw a card like Recycle Ammo that has an effect when you draw it, you get this annoying little pause which probably lasts a full second. Again, sounds like nothing but you really notice over the course of a full run how much time is wasted just waiting for animations to finish.
