    Great app but when u open an oil then a symptom then open the oils usage guide the X to close or go back is so far in the top right of the screen u can’t even tap it so u have to quit the app to go back. Dumb. iPhone 15 Pro iOS 17.2.1

    Not even a free version or minor access another paywall…. I understand we need money todays day and age but don’t steal and sell people info then hit them with an paywall at least tease them a little bit with what you provide first ugh

    I purchased this app in Aug i believe a year ago and my sudcription is current until Aug 2023. After a phone update I’m unable to contact your company 3rd attempt regarding email acct. All my previous email sccts have been closed. I can not reset my password if my latest email now for several years if was not the one used won’t let me open change password without email. Please help!! I love this app and need help getting back into it PLRASE !!

    I’ve had this app for several years. My subscription recently renewed around the time of the latest changes and update. I can no longer use this app because I use a screen reader. I tried to contact the developer and that was not accessible either. The developer needs to let me know if they are going to make this app accessible again. otherwise, I will cancel my subscription. And I guess I’m just out my money for this year. Way to exclude those of us who can’t see.

    i have paid for a 1 year plan my plan doesn’t expire until Aug 3. i have no way to have access into my acct‼️ I tried deleting & restoring without sucesss & also shut phone off, restart phone & tried to open up app- still NO RESULTS‼️ why am i paying for a service that is not providing me for what i have paid for??? PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️ NO COMMUNICATION IN APP TO INDICATE ANY POTENTIAL ISSUES OR PROBLEMS FORTHCOMING PROBLEMS OF A CHANGE ‼️ I AM CANCELING SUBSCRIPTION FAR MORE OTHER APPS & CHOICES TO CHOOSE & USE FOR INFO

    App was okay in content not great. App is frozen on iPhone 14 for over a week. Reinstalled it several times and communicated with company no resolution at all. I paid for a year and can’t get refund

    Since the latest update, it won’t open. It asks for the language and then goes to a description page and won’t respond to anything. I have had this app for the past 6 years and loved it. My subscription is active until September, and I’m extremely frustrated!!
