I think this is some app to take information and there is no way to delete your profile. I’ve emailed customer service through the app as well. Now that I look at the 5 star reviews they don’t look like they are from real accounts/users. Don’t fall for it!

Firstly, this app is overflowing with dubious/fake profiles written in bizarre dialects ("I am professional runway modeler who look to find smile all the time relationship is smile good heaven"), all of which screams, "scam." Your "matches" are assembled at random, from around the world, rather than locals who share the same interests. At best, a really low-effort app, at worst, a catfishing network. Stay away.

You have to pay to see anything, the matches don’t align with your preferences and once you sign up you aren’t able to delete you account.

After less then a day I want to delete my profile and can’t figure out how to! Only one person messaged me from somewhere on the other side of the country that I can see. This app says it free but you have to pay. It’s free to join, I can’t even browse to see if there’s even anyone in my area and I have a feeling that there is not! I would have deleted already but there seems to be no option for that! I’m def not paying for this garbage.

To upgrade your account you need to be a gold member and they say you should pay $9.99 monthly but they charged me $57.99 and I DONT KNOW WHY. What I know is that I want a refund!!
  • Don’t care for it.

You can’t preview anything without having to pay for it, and when you want to delete your profile, you can’t. You can only sign out. I’d like to delete my profile altogether.
  • DON’T pay for the upgrade! It won’t work!

I paid more than once for the gold membership and even after following their support team’s instructions, it still wouldn’t apply the upgrade to my account. Now I’m stuck trying to get a refund from this garbage. No point in paying if you can’t even get connected afterwards.

I cannot delete my account and I have received no response to my email request. I used Coffee Meets Bagel to find an amazing Christian woman and have no need for this app. It was never functional to begin with, since I refused to pay for it.

Once you create a profile you can’t delete it! Unless you pay you can only look at a person’s profile picture and age, you CANNOT see their location, other pictures, bio etc. I think most of the users are fake or from another country because their English is really bad, even if they say they’re in the US. Their privacy policy at least once refers to your matches as bagels, so I’m pretty sure they just stole the privacy policy from Coffee Meets Bagel.
