Regardless of religion, try to just stop when the reminders tell you to and remember something peaceful. You will be amazed how this will help bring structure to the day. Of course if you are a practicing Muslim the app is very useful to see an average of how prompt prayers are, how long, and if one is missed. I’d like to see an option to add a missed prayer reason, enshallah eventually. Jazak Allah Khair!
