I love tammy hembrow she is my inspiration. I haven’t actually used the workouts or meals yet but I plan too but I kind of expected more from her app especially having to pay 79.99 for a years subscription. I thought it would give moms a better routine that don’t have a lot of time during the week too work out. For example some of the routines recommend that you work out for 5 days a week. As a full time mom working from 8-5 it’s hard to follow that routine. But I love how organized the app is and how it lets you keep track of your weight and the calories change depending on your weight!

I am so surprised with this app. Not only are the workouts top notch, there are freaking meal plans! For vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters! And it is a great meal plan; it tracks macros, makes a grocery list, tracks steps and water intake! Also, there isn’t just one workout program. There are options depending on the time you have and your goals. All I can say is WOW. This is your one stop shop..FINALLY! No more time wasted bundling different apps or programs. I also love that you don’t have to input your weight and reps or whatever..I hate when apps make you input data or the workout won’t be counted. This is simple and easy! I am pleasantly surprised 😊
  • Invest in your wellbeing

For everyone upset claiming this is too much money and to just get a personal trainer, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Personal training (good and effective ) can cost you upwards of $300-$1k vs an app that gives you a daily breakdown of everything you need INCLUDING recipes, grocery lists, and measurements on top of your work outs. 1 year for $75? That’s cheaper than 1 month at my gym. Invest in your well being. $75 and then not worry about it for a year? Done. As for the work outs, I love that I can filter gym based vs home and there’s video on exactly what I need to do. My only hiccup is that if I started the program on a Monday it doesn’t readjust itself based on what day you started which confuses me at times. Also if there was an option for meal plans that were without seafood (not vegan or vegetarian but I cannot have seafood due to allergies) that would be amazing. Honestly I’ve been working out for a min and this was exactly what I was missing, I’ve been so sore which I haven’t felt in ages and really been able to take the guess work out of my days. Thank you Tammy and team, don’t listen to those who want everything for free. People need to make a living off the work they put in too.
  • Glitch

I love the app but it continues to glitch and throw me out of my account. I am still in my 7-day free trial and have already agreed to a yearly subscription, yet every time I open it I’m prompted to select a subscription plan even though the system acknowledges that I’m subscribed beginning after my free trial and will not allow me to enter my diary. I’m hoping this does not continue after my subscription begins. Otherwise, I’ve really been enjoying the meal plan and workouts.

Stupid app that you have to pay for . Save your money
  • Great app

The complaints about paying seem a little odd. Most apps have in app purchases anyway. I think the cost is great considering I’d be paying way more for a personal trainer to train me 2/3 times a week plus make a nutritional plan when I have access to do it myself for 15 a month. The quarterly and annual options are great as well and I love that Tammy shows you how to do the workouts. That’s something I always struggle with at the gym. I thought I would try it for a week and cancel but it’s honestly so worth it.

I follow a lot of fitness IG accounts and some of them have created their own “apps”. I have to say this one is by far my favorite. It’s really interactive. You can track everything like food, workout, water intake etc all in one place. I love that it tells me what muscle groups I’m working. I love that I can pick different programs to try. I also love that on my rest days it gives me recommendations on workouts I can try if I wanted to go to hit the gym a few more times during the week. Love this app.
