If you don’t know the language of the person with whom you’re trying to communicate: • View CiCi’s list of languages – shown in English and in native script. • Show the person of the other language your phone to help them identify their language. • 99% of people can identify their language by looking at the list. • If this doesn’t work, just push the button for English (or your native language) and tell the operator you need help identifying the language or dialect of the person you’re with.
