    Game is great. 2 problems after the most recent update: 1.) I have to link my google email to the app every time in order to pull up my account data. It gets very annoying. 2.) The equipped skills shortcuts don’t actually show up. I equipped the skills into both 1 and 2 templates; but only 2 shows up. My attacks on the first Template doesn’t show up therefore I can’t manually play. 5 stars after these issues are addressed.

    This game is super fun, and I’m loving it, but every time I log in, 5 minutes later I will crash. I am always using WiFi to play, and I have tried everything including freeing up storage and using a vpn. But due to the crashing, it’s hard for me to complete quests because I don’t exactly have the time to keep restarting the app, and I can only leave it on auto play in a dungeon somewhere. It is very hard to level up with quests, but I’m also running out of auto play tickets.

    I can only play about 5 minutes until it crashes...it’s unplayable at this point. Definitely be a 5 star if I could just actually play it.

    I've played the game for about 2 months now and in that time I will say the game is terrible. The community is filled with hacks, spammers, and rude individuals and to progress in the game the community is needed. The game is bugged and nexon takes their time to fix the errors (if at all). The company shuts down any and all ways for the players to progress without spending real money. The gamer can not level their characters with their own efforts because the game will keep sending a macro detector conformation (so you're forced to spend money to have the game play for you) and the prices of the in game items are outrageous and almost everything that helps you play the game is time limited which would be okay if you wasn't forced to use those things to play the game such as pets (money collectors and buff activators), and lastly I recently made a purchase and I've yet to receive my item, and when I contacted customer support they have been sending me in circles and dragging out this problem for as long as possible and I still have nothing no money returned and no item. THIS GAME IS TRASH!!! Don't wasted your time.

    The game is great, I easily spend 40 hours a week playing. But all of my characters are gone and I have no clue what happened. I wake up from a nap while my character was farming in sky terrace 2 and now all 6 of my characters are gone! Nexon please help me

    I’m really enjoying the games right now. So far I’ve been pleased with Aran but some people playing this game want the characters on the PC to mobile just like how fortnite added all their stuff on mobile, you guys need to do it as well.
  • Overpriced game run by incompetent staff

    Nexon has always been notorious for various things like overpricing items and falsely banning players in their PC games. Why am I not surprised that those issues carried over to their mobile game? Nexon temporarily banned my account from the game recently. Far as I’m concerned, I did not do anything against their terms of service, such as but not limited to: purchasing items/mesos from third party websites, use of hacks and illegal programs, etc. The only thing I can possibly think of is the use of an emulator for my account, which I only used for manual play when conserving auto battle time to preserve my phone’s longevity and data. Keep in mind that the use of an emulator is NOT against their terms of service, and has been confirmed by Nexon itself to be allowed. While playing manually, I have been reported a few times by other players who may have assumed me to be using macro programs (the game is very auto-battle oriented, so manual training is very unorthodox for the most part), from which a CAPTCHA function would appear to verify that you are not a bot; HOWEVER, even though I would try to immediately answer these, sometimes the CAPTCHA would remain stuck on a loading screen, preventing me from even completing it. This anti-hack detection system is so flawed and glitchy, and this is the reason I that I suspect I have been falsely banned. MOREOVER, after contacting the support team for the game on this matter, they stated I should not use of third party sites for mesos and items to prevent another ban; however, on their website, I was supposedly banned for “gameplay abuse.” It would appear they do not even know the reason why they restricted my game access. They also refuse to provide any further on the specific reason for my restriction aside from only the most ambiguous cookie-cutter answers, if not avoiding my questions entirely. The level of incompetency displayed by the support team has not changed from my PC Maple days. To further add on to my frustrations with this game, the purchases you can make in the game are very time sensitive. With crystal packages, they allow for 24 hours of collection period. Miss this period and you just lose out on your money. With this game restriction, which as a reminder they will NOT give me any specific reason for, I can’t even claim any of them. The staff response to this particular concern was something along the lines of “sorry, they’ll be expired. Nothing we can do.” I played this game out of nostalgia of the old Maple days, but the mediocre-at-best customer service and staff incompetency are making me regret that decision. I’d advise against being too invested in this game, at least until they get their act together (which I highly doubt based on Nexon’s track record)
