As of 9-5-23 this app no longer works

This should be removed from the App Store. I purchased the camera about 2 years and put in line after opening an account. It worked ok and I really liked the articulation ability of the camera to follow and being able to direct where I want to look. I took it out of service I got information that this camera is sending a lot of personal information back to the developer in china, ver much it seems a spy camera. I decided recently to put the camera back into service, trying to determine its hidden spy abilities. I downloaded a new app, called YCC365plus. Completing the account setup and trying to get the camera on line was a completely useless endeavor. The only screen that came on is for you to agree to pay for a subscription and I could no go past this blackmail function to even test the camera. I found another app, from same developer, called YCC365. It did allow me to get to the camera and put in service. However several times during this initial and later every time I tried to turn the camera in I got the blackmail screen to sign up for an account subscription. If you didn’t agree you would have to kill the app and reboot your phone the try it again. The sometime it would work, sometimes it would go right back to the screen. Frustrating enough to want to throw you iPone into a garbage can. Unfortunately I could determined wether or not illegal data goes back to china. Apple support needs to test this camera and/or have the developer clean this non subscription from demanding subscriptions🥴🥴🥴🎚️

Fraudulent charges started showing up on my credit card after i blocked the cloud service, seller is untrustworthy!

Worst security cameras I’ve ever owned and even worse software. You’ll almost never be able to recover security footage and the monthly cloud storage fee is way more than it a worth.

After require setting up an account advertising come up all over the screen, confusing user have to click the ad before access to the camera, not secure and app freeze up constantly. Have to remove this ycc365 junk app for protect my network.

Can you please update your app

Otherwise a 5 star app. Works much better than YCC365 Plus, at least for me. Please stop redirecting and let us use this app in peace.

Every time they touch this app it gets wirse. Absolute junk. Don’t waste your time.

Password Reset Failed and can’t get support

There to many ads now when you open the cameras app it’s got Out of hand and y should there be add when ur trying to see ur camera am tried of it and am going to buy something better take away the add and also fix it where it work on iPad again
