Well designed app. Could REALLY use a mode where you can just easily view/play the WHOLE Circle of fifths; with all Major, all Relative minor, and all reletive Diminished chords at once. I just really want to use this clean app as a reference tool for pivot points, but it doesn't show all the notes at once for me to see. I know this is for easy song writing but there should be a optional mode where it just shows everything.

Decent app, nothing special but nothing terrible either, with the exception of the colors.

I rarely leave reviews, but anyways this is exactly what I needed, from minor, major, 7th, 9th chords etc. To a virtual keyboard inside. This app has it all. Thank you for this app, My music theory is getting better now.
  • Not as efficient as intuitive type composition

I am what music theologians would call an “intuitive type” composer. If I am either sleep deprived or preoccupied, this app compensates quite well for the shortage in attention span / our of touch with my senses...
  • A go-to app!

I never leave reviews but use this app almost daily. This is an amazing tool for songwriting and deconstructing songs for practice. Changing modes is a breeze and it’s great for learning scales. Love the thoughtful features that allow midi as well- huge time saver and really well designed. Kudos!
  • Please make one for guitar

Good app but I misread when it said for all instruments I assumed this meant guitar. While the theory and progressions apply to all instruments the app is specifically for keyboards. Would be great (for me) if this was modified for guitar with chords and scales with diagrams. But well done and easy on the eyes. Not too much theory just enough

  • Great tool to develop melody

Great app😀 Only wish I could somehow sing a melody above the recorded progression but also have that record in the app simultaneously. It could be a great foundation for melodic development and ultimately lyrics!! It would also be great if you could get more rows of progressions too. I realize that you can repeat the rows of progressions, but even two more rows and you would have the ability to fully compose a song with a bridge/intro/outro. Now it’s kind of just verse chorus. Now that would be 5 star! Nonetheless fantastic app for the sake of theory! Thanks for all the hard work!!
