App won't accept 21 character password. However, it does on other platforms! Really need this fixed asap!!!

Don’t waste your time with this for G2A. It is so poorly optimized, lacks features, and is a waste of space. Useless. Hey LogMeIn can’t code a half decent app? Been over a year since last attempt to make this garbage function properly. Pretty sad your company would release this trash and abandon your customers. Truly awful.
  • Great App but....

Please add a remember me feature so we don’t have to re-login every 5 minutes, very frustrating. I’d give 5 stars when that’s fixed.
  • Touch ID

As someone posted a year ago, needs Touch ID to access the app. Somewhat limited in availability since several of our techs have android phones and this app isn’t available on their platform. Besides that, it’s a decent, fairly functional application. Easy to work with however it’d be nice if you could change defaults. As an administrator, I would like a default to see “all tickets” by default. As it is, I only see mine until I go and change the setting every time I log in.
  • No option to save password

Throughout the day I have to re-enter my credentials. Once I saw I had to do it more than once, I moved to the desktop version of the page. Fix this.

Would be a lot easier for on the go support if it could either remember the user credentials or for Touch ID to be available. Is this something planned for future release?
