  • A little change

I love your game but diamonds do go quick and it is hard to earn them without paying sometimes also if we are paying for the golden pass when a new month turns over, we lose the rest of our rewards instead of getting what we paid for. It’s just gone. I feel like even though we pay for that and pay us. We lose the rest of our rewards if we’re not playing when really it’s from the beginning if we pay for it, it would be nice if CookingDiary started giving everything you didn’t get from your golden pass even if you didn’t finish so it won’t be a waste
  • The Worst!!

This so called developer is the worst from support to customer service. I wish I could give zero stars. They also ban users with no explanation or basis for doing so. They are the worst and I will continue to support Gamehouse who gives great service to their consumers.

This game is so addictive I find myself on it for hours and not even realizing it. I just wish we could actually cook the food but I absolutely love it.

  • Really fun but a money grab!

This game is really fun! It’s a good way to pass time. BUT! It is a huge money grab! It’s absolutely unreal how costly it is to move forward with this game at all. Upgrading your restaurant relies on rubies, and if you want any sort of success, you have to upgrade. And, the higher level you go, the more rubies are required to upgrade each individual item. To upgrade every item in my most recent restaurant, it cost over 500 rubies. Unfortunately, Mytona is STINGY when it comes to giving rubies as prizes. To upgrade a stove to a 4th level can cost 25 rubies, and that is for one of the stoves. They will give you one or two rubies here or there. Or you can pay $20 “for more rubies” when playing the food truck and each level you will—at max—yield 9 rubies while other levels are 2 or 3 r rubies. And that $20 isn’t to buy a key for all four of the food trucks for the month. That $20 is for ONE. So if you want “more rubies”, or what the food truck is really good for, more blue dollars, you have to pay roughly $70 because the first is $9.99. So if you don’t want to stay at the same restaurant for months on end getting your random 1 or 2 rubies here and there you have to spend money. But, when you decide to spend money, 100 rubies costs $10. Those 100 rubies can be gone with upgrading 3 or 4 items. MAKE RUBIES MORE ACCESSIBLE OR MAKE BUYING 100 rubies like $1.99. The price of everything in this game is astonishing, and it just reveals the company’s absolute greed. It’s absolutely asinine. Either give larger Ruby prizes or reduce the sheer amount of rubies required. The ONLY way Mytona will change this is if people stop spending real money. Unfortunately, players are dropping probably $100s if not $1000s each month on this game. Trust me. It’s easy to spend $200 in just one day playing this game. Please, Mytona, make a change because I do really enjoy this game and the guild I’m in, but I can’t keep supporting a game that doesn’t think of their players.

I love the fact that there are no constant ads after every level and that has 5 stars in my opinion! The game play is fun and can be challenging! Keep up the amazing work! Again,no ads like that is extremely rare! Thank you for making a game for people to enjoy!
