    Not happy. I have been playing for years and all of my stats, games, contacts are lost—they have even imported my name incorrectly (wrong middle initial). There doesn’t seem to be any way to make a correction.

    I hate it. I just installed it and cannot find the settings to turn off the sounds. The pop-ups won’t stop interrupting, and in the old word with friends I can’t even get to the screen that lets me find what my friends’ screen names are. And, while I paid to have ads removed on the previous version, they want me to pay again. Well it’s been a fun seven years, but I’m about to uninstall this. The ads never stop…middle of game, they cover the tiles and you must click on ad to get it to stop. Fun ruined.

    Too many ads. Often, they won’t disappear until I shut game and restart. Also, why can’t I just choose actual friends to play with. Have to scroll through random names to find games I want to play.

    I loved playing as a kid. Now there’s an ad after every single play. Tons of micro transactions for seemingly no reason. There’s even a premium battle pass! Just kinda slimy. Not enjoying it like I used to.

    Love Words with Friends! Hope to see a change with “Letter Word Swap” When swapping a letter then receiving the SAME letter it would be fair to receive an additional letter! Similar to the childrens’ card game “ Fish”. Barb

    I never agreed to the new terms because I knew they were going to start charging after I paid years ago for the free version. Waiting for someone to file a class action. They stole our money and forced us out if we didn’t agree to new terms. The new terms say you can’t participate in a class action. Now I can’t play my game because this company is crooked

    Have been playing for over 10 years. Upgraded and lost all games and friends. Cannot restore. Lost coins and no word strength on newer version. No one to call. With new game ads appear every time I write. No fun!! What is going on??? Nonnie949

    Well it was an update but it certainly wasn’t an improvement. Made it worse. Seriously. You guys spent time on that??? Why do my friends no longer show up in time friends!?! What is with the ads lately? I know they pay the bills but if I don’t see a five second countdown I close it and go back. How about reasonable length adds you don’t have to touch 4 or 5 times to close. Until then. Not watching any of them.

    How do you opt out of these ….i delegate 10/12 and 10/12 show up next time I open to play! I am a long time player and play quite a few games every day with multiple players but I am seriously thinking of deleting game altogether…as I am very frustrated . There is no way to access help within the app itself…!?
