    I love everything about this app. Have been using it daily since 2020. The workouts, the meal plan, the tips - it works. Sometimes there are little glitches but the benefits of what Jillian Michaels brings outweighs any small infrequent tech glitch.

    I’ve tried them all and JM’s shows the best results in the shortest amount of time. So many interesting moves that really challenge your body without equipment. Plus I LOVE that the workout times include the warm up and cool down. So easy to plan your day around it.

    The app is good. I’ve using it for a long time. But syncing is horrible takes for ever and multiple open and close to update to show the completed routine and reflect it in my journey and day. Really annoying!!!!
  • Great content, interface could be better

    I’ve used this app for years, and love the content. You can find or generate just about any kind of workout you want, and personalize it to your fitness level. However, I don’t find the interface very intuitive, and would love a more robust dashboard. For example, I’d love to see a list of my most recent workouts on my dashboard, instead of just the last one I did. Another example is the MB30 challenge, which lists different meditations and workouts for each of 30 days, but doesn’t link to that content or allow you to add that content to your dashboard. You have to get out of that page, go to workouts, then scroll or search to find. Most days there are at least 4 different pieces of content, so it gets time consuming. The Meals page is also a mess, with not much content or organization, the same recipes for years, and not much guidance on overall nutrition. They should either build it out or get rid of it. Overall, the app is very much worth the investment, but could use a facelift.

    The workout library is extensive and covers nearly all modalities. You can’t get bored. I don’t enjoy all the workouts but there are plenty I can go back to again and again and still feel thoroughly wrung out yet exhilarated. Weights, Pilates, yoga, cardio, mobility, flexibility, it’s all there. I appreciate the meal plans — while I don’t use them 100 per cent I use them as inspiration. I also like being able to schedule my workout. I use this app on my iPad and have not had any trouble.

    I love Jillian Michaels the fitness app because I just love it.I didn’t like how I felt in my body but now I’m comfortable I can run around everywhere and it’s just an amazing app. You should download it.

  • Canceling subscription is a hassle

    I got the app last March with a plan to use it for 3 months. I put the date in my calendar to cancel it. I went on the account settings and saw no auto renew, so I emailed to cancel. I was still billed for the next quarter. I reached out and they did credit me, but for the next two quarters, I continued to get billed and I don’t get a response. I have deleted the app and did not even remember about it until this morning when I was billed for another three months. We will see if I can get my account turned off or if it becomes the app that won’t die. Don’t make it so hard for people to cancel. I might have re-subscribed next Spring as I looked for a change to my workouts going into summer. There is no way I would now.
