  • Wish there was pole vaulting as an option!

    By Thebug01
I’m already in a pretty good training program, but I always want to improve. A friend recommended me this, but pole vault isn’t a training option! It’s way different from sprints and jumps, do you have any intention of adding it soon?
  • Terrible Setup

    By AB Response
How many MBAs did you hire to build this app and not let me complete the setup? Talk about a failure to deliver.
  • Charge ?

    By VanezaZepeda
I haven’t tried it out yet but for young athletes we may not be able to play for this app . Very disappointing considering I was looking forward to training harder and making myself better . They should take off the pay policy.
  • Changed my game

I’m a WR in high school, this program has taken my performance to another level, absolutely recommend for all athletes!
  • Question for Developers

    By NewFederer
I love the app overall; however, do the workouts scheduled only go up to day three and then I have to wait for the next week?
  • Amazing workout application

    By JaValentine
This app is amazing. Since I’ve been training for college football I’ve been struggling to find the most optimal workout program for myself. I’ve been constantly changing my programs weekly and it was leading me nowhere. Upon discovering this app, I feel that I have finally found the perfect weight training program. I’ve listed some pros and cons of this app. Pros: *Up to one full year of specialized training program *From track athletes to football players to tennis this app offers programs for any type of athlete *offers mobility, stretching, warmup, injury prevention, and routines involved outside of just lifting weights such as speed training, agility/ladder work and plyometrics. *videos of every exercise to show you how to perform said exercise correctly. *adapts to your training style by modifying your routine every time you work out. *low price compared to having an actual trainer which could cost $50+ per session Cons: *the primers, finishers, warmups, ect exercises do not include videos of how to execute them and some may be difficult to interpret. *no notification sound for when rest time is up. Since some people like myself could get distracted in the gym. I feel the option of having this would be nice. *thats pretty much it. Great app! Highly recommend to anyone who’s interested in training like an athlete. The right way!
  • Mostly pretty good

    By tlloyd214
So, I’m not the most athletic person in the world. That part’s true. I feel as though Volt is going to help me out in the future with it. Seems trustworthy. There’s just one thing I’d like to recommend about the sports selection: Marching Band should be on the list too. I mean, that’s the sport I play. If “Obstacle Course Racing” is on the list, then Marching Band should be too, because it’s as much a sport as any other one on the list provided. Other than that, I’m excited to start giving it a try!
  • Awesome app but...

    By charlels
It has changed my life but it can be a little hard to navagate.
  • Trash

    By brxeron
It makes you start all your stuff and put in all your personal info then makes you pay 9.99 a month, what a joke
  • Great app and workout

    By Eric S83
I had to make a change to my workout routine due to a work change and had been struggling to workout effectively. The app has been able to help me get a good routine going that both helps burn calories and build strength. Its easy to use and like how it adjusts to your performance as you go. Only thing I wish they would add is an available equipment option when replacing movements so when I'm at home our traveling it would be easier to adapt to what I have.
