  • Not it for me

I tried this app for at least a half a year. Some how it lost all of my account data and asked me to sign back into my accounts. Very frustrating since I have quite a few. I didn't even bother, I just uninstalled it instead. The other problem was the lack of categories. You couldn't even make your own.

I’m super bummed out with Mint going away. I haven’t been able to find a good alternative that’s free. I thought NerdWallet would be a good fit, but it does not load in one of my credit cards when I log in to the credit union (First Technology Credit Union), and it does not support Fidelity Investments which is where I have all of my investment accounts.

Was looking forward to using this app. I can get passed Step 5 of setting up an account. App won’t let me scroll to get text sent. Entering my address, I can’t click the pre-populated options without the keyboard in the way. Maybe I’ll give it a shot sometime in the future. Phone: iPhone SE

this app was great until about a week ago. new update did something to filter options but now it's harder to see my transaction history. it shows transactions from accounts i've hidden, it doesn't show any transactions unless I turn on certain filters, and it won't show transactions more than a week old. very frustrating. Also this design was already bad -- the number 1 thing I do when I open the app is view my transaction history to make sure everything was sorted correctly. and I have to wade through various screens of financial junk to get to my own data. stop giving me random tips, I just need to see what I spent.

Great app but it would be even greater if it wouldn’t randomly log me out
  • BUG IOS 17.4.1 in 50/30/20 BUDGET

I came over from the now nonexistent Mint budgeting app (RIP). I actually really like Nerdwallet but you guys have a bug which could be fixed. In the β€œ50/30/20 budget breakdown”, panel labeled β€œyour spending so far”, reimbursement (positive, green) values do not count toward your β€œtotal to date” spending. For example, I spent $600 on parking this month. My job reimburses me $500, which I also categorize as β€œtransportation”. So my total spending this month for transportation should be $100, not $600. When my reimbursement is ignored, my β€œneeds” category will blow up, past 50% every single month. In reality, I’m within my budget every month because my employer reimburses me. Please adjust this, then I will rate 5 stars
  • No information

It’s a nightmare to navigate. When it gives you a spending breakdown you can’t even see what transactions you made to get to any of the amounts which makes this app totally worthless as a budgeting app. For example it said that we’d spent $750 on transportation and then when I tapped on that it gave me one transaction of $25 for bridge tolls. Worthless.
