  • Unable to cancel subscription

I had no idea that I had paid for this service until 3 days before I had to cancel when I was notified via email. The email states I must cancel by using the app, but when I download the app and click on “Cancel Subscription” neither of the two options provided give me the ability to cancel the subscription. Clicking on “Cancel” cancels you out of the process of cancelling. Clicking on “Reset” kicks you off the open window and brings you back to the settings screen. No way to cancel. Sent an email to Coparenter Support to take action.
  • It won’t let me log in after I verified my email.

My Co-parent wanted to use this app. So I tried to set up an account and verified my email. Then I try to log in and it says I need to verify my email. So I go back to the verification email and it says expired. So I emailed support and they said that it’s verified and I can log in. Then it says to verify my email. So I tried a different email address and it was the same cycle of going nowhere. I don’t need this headache. So I will just keep my money and they can keep there app.

The issue with the app is one thing. The issues and difficulties with customer support is where the real fun starts. Your coparenting/children talks are important. Spend your money on something useful instead and use a different service.

It looks and feels gray but being able to use this in a legal sense is horrendous. You are unable to pdf things easily, the expenses are difficult to search through, the ability to even grab screen shots it’s a pain because of the over scale and you can’t get the whole screen shot in one. It’s a lawyers nightmare. No desktop login/version for the end user.
  • It’s ok

Doesn’t allow calling which would be useful. With a. Record. So the other CoParent can’t say you never tried calling etc. the app will say there is a notification even when I don’t have one and then when you do you open the app and it won’t load. So you close out of it then it makes you log in. Again and again. And no Face ID or anything. But when it works it’s ok once you figure it out kinda.
  • Still Mediocre

The notification doesn’t go away and it’s been a problem for over a year. But the new update made it worse, as when I open up the Messages window from a new message, their is no identifier as to which chat has a new message! It also took away the ability to see when something had been opened/read.

I didn’t even mean to sign up for this app subscription, it was added on by online divorce .com. I sent 3 emails asking to be unsubscribed and not to renew and I was just billed $19.99. Absolutely pathetic that you’re scamming people like this in the middle of complex litigation. I requested a refund and if it isn’t issued, I’m filing fraud charges and a complaint with the BBB. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

I signed up for this app solely for the “mediation” aspect. There was absolutely no mediation though. It was an open chat with my high conflict ex with no support or ground rules. Occasionally, the “mediator” would link articles from the internet about how to handle conflict. Then they would ask us if we had reached an agreement. At one point my ex said that they should be able to “call me out as they see fit and then walk away.” The mediator actually put this into their next agreement and acted shocked that i would not agree. Clearly, that session was not mediated. Much less monitored. On top of that, nothing in that “mediation” is court admissible. What this app has done is given my abuser a safe place to harass me once again. Without consequence. I signed up for this app because I thought I would receive help and support. Instead, it gave free license to my abuser to, once again, abuse me. When I contacted the app to report the issue I was told that they saw nothing wrong with the session. I pointed out the name calling, inflammatory language, and the fact that their mediator actually put some of it into an agreement. I was told that they “didn’t see those parts”. The person reviewing my session didn’t even read the whole thing!!! Unacceptable is putting it mildly.
