Automatically track your sleep from your Apple Watch*. No buttons to press. Even the Watch app is optional! Just sleep! About AutoSleep ----------------- Using Advanced Heuristics AutoSleep works out how long you've slept so you don't have to. If you DO wear your Watch to bed, you don't need to do a single thing. AutoSleep will track your sleep & quality and send you a notification in the morning. Even if you don't wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep can track your time in bed. It's extremely simple. If you DON'T wear your Watch to bed, then simply take your Watch off before you go to sleep. As soon as you touch your iPhone or put your Watch back on in the morning then AutoSleep will know that you have finished sleeping. As everyone is a little bit different. AutoSleep provides a simple setup wizard and an option to tweak if you are a very restless sleeper. If you wear your Apple Watch to bed*, AutoSleep will also analyse your sleep quality. By using time asleep, restlessness, time awake and heart rate it can score the quality of your sleep and provide you with a comprehensive nightly analysis. *Note. If you do not wear your Watch to bed, AutoSleep simply captures the amount of time sleeping. AutoSleep also works with HeartWatch our premier heart & activity monitoring app and writes your Sleep information to Apple Health. *Requires Apple Watch running Watch OS 4 or higher. WatchOS 5 recommended.

  • Works great

Was optimistic but surprisingly works very well and seems to be accurate.
  • If you have an Apple Watch and want to track sleep

    By gunsbunsandfreckles
This is definitely the app that you want to use. The app runs very well and is laid out in an easy to use fashion. The data is easy to read, which makes it easier to know what I need to improve. It may not have the alarm feature built in, but honestly that’s okay. It does the one thing it was made to do really well. Worth the money.
  • Changed my life

Oh my! Well worth it! I’m sleeping better, longer, learning about my sleep patterns and how I can improve. Totally inspiring.
  • Sleep Aware

I’m always aware of my sleep and to know that it connects with heart watch and gives me a detailed view of how my sleep went without needing any interaction with the app is amazing.
  • Great App

I have really been surprised at how accurate this app is. I have trouble sleeping and wake up constantly. This app is always accurate about the times I am awake at night.

Most responsive ‘Support’ I’ve seen. They can help you figure out how to set areas you may have trouble with. I’m not sure about the method for determining waking heart rate. I really shouldn’t need to open another app to make that determination! Using ‘Lights Out’ as widget on iPhone is helpful. But—often doesn’t tell you how much time it takes you to fall asleep. I’d put too much faith in F-tB-t when it comes to REM sleep. (Only electrodes on your head can answer that one.) Overall—best sleep💤app available.

I really like this app. I look every morning to see how long I slept, how much deep sleep, sleep debt etc. If nothing else it has made me more conscious of trying to get enough sleep
  • Amazing tool

I was disappointed that Apple didn’t have any app for monitoring sleep. I came across this one and it exceeded my expectation!
