    I got the game, and got rid of all of my other games thinking it might help, but it didn’t. I have rewards that I can’t access even though they’re there.

    While the gameplay is fine for a quick session, it's really hard to actually even get started playing. Everytime I open the app I'm bombarded with like 3 minutes of ads and event notifications that I could not care less about. Also, the app is poorly scaled for ipad, the buttons are tiny and can be hard to read. Otherwise, the pay-to-play aspect of the game isn't too intrusive and the humor and gameplay are fine. But as a warning to other long-time simmers, if you're expecting this game to deliver a true sims experience on mobile, lower your expectations

    I bought a Sweet Treat Pro Ticket, thinking it would be there to give me an edge in the extended bonus round of the Sweet Treat Showdown, but now that I’m in the bonus round, it’s gone, and the option to buy it is gone. The Sweet Treat Pro mixer is there, in the Challenge arena, but I can’t use it. When I tap on it, it says you have to have a Sweet Treat Pro ticket to use it. I tried “Restore Purchases,” and it says all purchases have been restored, but it still doesn’t work, and there’s no option to buy another one, so it should be active. I never would’ve spent $10 on it, if I’d known it was going to disappear. I feel robbed, especially since EA’s policy is that they don’t refund in-game currency purchases, which this is probably considered to be. I bought it to have an advantage in earning the sim cash prizes in the bonus round. I’m pretty upset, and the options to request a refund are limited to reasons that don’t appear to include this purchase. I’m hoping someone from EA will see this review and reply to it, but that’s probably wishful thinking.

    Been on here for like 10 years plus from the very beginning, I wish you would update the building material and let us delete items we don’t want anymore!! Add cats and dogs!! I’m about at level 50 and feel that I have officially beat the game and there is nothing to do.

    Hello I’m doing this for all the devs and for people who are about to download this, this game is fun when you first start you get to actually work at the places, instead of like the original Sims four where you just can’t even like do anything except for like choices career choices, but I’m not hating on the Sims four. anyway, that’s not my problem when I used to play this game I had a lot of problems. I had to wait HOURS In order to do missions or events like if you run out of your energy you have to wait like hours and I’m a free person so it’s very hard because of the cupcakes if you don’t know the cupcakes in the game hope you get energy but if you are a free to play person like I am it’s very hard to get these cupcakes without paying any money and also I’ll just like to say if you just want to like have a child you have to do this quest, and it takes hours with the energy thing it’s very hard and you only have a couple of days to do it I’m pretty sure when I played it was only like one day if you were reading this, can you please notify the devs for me because I would like them to read this and thank you very much for spending your time

  • USERS BEWARE!!! IN-APP PURCHASES FRAUD/SCAM

    To start off, I downloaded this app & decided I would try to get the cheap $4.99 “Wallet of SimCash” my first time playing; well, I never received the Wallet of SimCash when I purchased it! & the second purchase that showed up on my account was on 4/12/2024 which I NEVER put in for another purchase for more SimCash because why would I do that when they never gave me the first one I tried to purchase?! Needless to say, I was charged AGAIN for this stupid Wallet of SimCash & still get nothing. This app has now taken $10 from me & I have received NOTHING in return!!! I will be deleting this app because even after going to Apple support & trying to get a refund for this I get the following answer from them: “We reviewed your claim and your purchase doesn't meet conditions for a refund.” - SO BEWARE TO ANYONE WHO DOWNLOADS THIS APP!! Don’t purchase ANYTHING within the app or link your card information to it! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!

    I play lots of sim games. This is by far the worse one. So many glitches. Lots of cash grabs. Only positive thing I can say about it is the graphics are nice. So disappointed.

  • I love this but missing something

    I absolutely adore this game so much! I would give it a five stars however, I just wish you guys can add pets to this game and it would be perfect. I have no problem with the app whatsoever which is great! I feel like my only complaint is not having pets that I can feed and interact with. I personally prefer having the pets over the kids anytime. I do hope you guys can consider that possibility.🫶🏻🫶🏻
