Similar to other reviews, I am unable to log in through the app. Makes the app unusable.
  • Makes me want to cancel my membership

This app is so bad, it genuinely makes me not want the membership overall. It seems like there’s always a 50/50 chance it will crash, log me out, stop working, while I’m in the middle of using it to book classes for the week. The latest stint this has had is logging me out to choose my studio and location all over again, except this time: my state doesn’t even show up. Honestly this is ridiculous, and as someone who’s on the go and needs the convenience of an app to book my classes, this simply isn’t working for me anymore. It’s always something. Yoga pod should focus more on improving their interfaces and customer’s experience in every aspect, not just grabbing your money at the door and telling you to deal with the lackluster tech and service.

For the past week, the app has not been working. It does not let me login, despite me knowing that I am using the correct credentials. It keeps giving me an error message.

App out of date as soon as I installed it. Not exactly inspiring confidence.
  • I can’t even use the app

I like that the app shows class times and has a description of each class. However, no matter what I do or how many times I try, the app will not let me create an account. This is an issue because I can’t sign up for a class. The app also does not let you register a gift card, which also does not allow you to register for a class. This app is basically just a schedule for classes.
  • Love YogaPod but app is bad

Love my local YogaPod studio but this app and the mindbody ecosystem is not in a good way right now. The app and the website are not well integrated and their faulty Facebook authentication integration seems to be at the core of the issues. I’ve been unable to login for a week ... I registered via the app through Facebook registration. That worked fine but gives you no way to login to website (website does not support Facebook login). I needed to login to the website so I did a password reset. I can only login to the website now as the app will not let me in via neither Facebook nor my valid MindBody credentials (which work fine on website). When the app worked it was 4 stars and pretty good. Now it’s only mildly useful for looking at the schedule but I can’t book classes because it won’t allow me to log in. There is no way for end users to get support from MindBody and my local studio doesn’t seem to be having any luck getting support through YogaPod corporate or MindBody either.

I like using this app to schedule my yoga classes. There are two things that I don’t really like 1. I have unlimited yoga classes and can’t book past by billing cycle date. When I go book a class it asks me to buy classes. So I have to wait until after I’ve been billed to book classes. That is really annoying for unlimited members. 2. If today is Monday and I book a class for Friday, when I’m done it brings me back to beginning of schedule. It should remember where I was in schedule and keep me there. I know it’s possible because CorePower’s app does that. Other than those two things, I like this app.
