  • Not reliable - lab booking system

The app lets users to book lab appointments in locations that are walk in and staff are not even available. Also even if users need to specify the lab order to book appointments, when you’re at the Sutter facility, they don’t know which order you’re there for. Overall, it’s a poor service.
  • MHO should be NOP (Not Our Problem)

Most of us try and follow directions. We value our providers and make every effort to notify them when we are cancelling or keeping our valuable appointments. Some people are struggling just to get an appointment so we do our best. It’s frustrating when you get notifications for an appointment, click on Yes and within 15 minutes get two exact same notifications. After months of this, I opted out but let my provider know I’m coming by using “Easy Check In” a day before. What do you do when that doesn’t work correctly? So tells you to make a copay that you don’t have! And it won’t let you complete the process if you don’t make that copay! I told my provider. I called Billing, I called NOP aka My Health Online. Josh told me “that’s not how it’s supposed to work” so just check in when you arrive! REALLY! Have you heard anything I’ve said? Are you paying attention? I asked for a Supervisor but he connected me to “Find a provider”! I called back. Supervisor tells me my provider has it in their system incorrectly so tell them. Of course I’ve tried that many times and they show NO COPAY so I did a 3 way call so NOP could hear that’s not the problem AND of course the office stated that! The kind person in the office said she’d follow up and mark it urgent. What did the NOP Supervisor say? “Anything else I can help you with?” Not, I’m sorry. Not WE WILL FIX IT. NOT WE WILL LOOK INTO IT! THEY DO NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THE AP THEY DEVELOPED! THEY SIMPLY MAKE IT THE PATIENT’S PROBLEM AND FORCE EVERYONE ELSE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT. ABSOLUTELY NO OWNERSHIP OR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Total failures!

I have always left a good review of Sutter because they earned it but this time I must leave a bad review. I called with an urgent message I needed my ears cleaned out as I have lost 95% of my hearing. The ladies taking the message were great but Audrey was not. She said she Called me back but I did not respond . Checking my phone messages I had no calls from Sutter. Putting four calls in and still no response after two days I don’t think I am going to get one. I am responsible for my husband who has dementia, coronary heart disease and diabetes. I am expecting a call from his cardiologist tomorrow, don’t know how to respond since I cannot hear. This review is in direct to the no response from Audrey, it’s been 48 hours since my request and I have not heard a thing from her even though my messages were marked urgent. Four time the ladies taking my call tried to call her with no response. If she is at her desk she is not responding.

  • Data incomplete or missing

I have a 12 year cardiac history, Sutter, Good Sam, UHC. 5 Cathe Tables. 3 Heart Attacks, 4 nuclear treadmills (worthless for me BTW). None of my hospital stay tests show in this app. And many of my other outpatient tests and results are missing. You can’t drop a file or image without the physician first sending a link. And when there are test results many of them have no details so you have to google and guess.

Your app continues to add more and more unnecessary items similar to advertising. Stop adding clutter.
  • Why are some things so difficult to find?

After I visit a doctor, I cannot find the “Chart” where the detailed medical information is recorded.
