    I saw the add where a large group of people were storming a guy that was shooting. You can pass through portals to gain more people and shoot things to unlock guns. Watching the demo, the person sucked and kept missing obvious choices that led to his demise. I thought this game is easy I lay those zombies down. I downloaded evony and was met with a completely different game. Very upsetting and a greasy tactic in advertising. Couldn’t delete this app fast enough.

    Is not as advertised. Updating: The developer write back saying that their advertising matches what it is 😂. Can’t believe they really believe that. Look closer to your main add. And the. Start playing the game, the puzzle section is probably just 10% or less of what the game is really about.

    Currently I can’t log in into my other accounts that I log in from facebook. This is not do to one account from server because I use facebook to log in to my accounts in different servers from my phone. I do not own another phone or a tablet and I cannot switch accounts on my desktop. In December I completely lost one of my accounts in an older server. I followed all the steps until they ask for a receipt from 3 years ago even though I provided a recent receipt. I really hope this issue is resolved properly or else I would lose 3 accounts one from a friend that left me his account to manage while he is taking care of personal health issues.

    I kept waiting for the fun puzzles and defense stuff they show in the ads. Saw very little. Lots of empire building. Not much of the gameplay shown in the ads.

    Ok so you know in the adds its says “ EVONY THE KINGS RETURN.“ and stuff like that.     It would be 4 stars if it was just the shooty monster killing game. That part is kind of fun. What’s annoying is having to upgrade your castle and all the buildings, and deal with all the little point systems. It seems like it’s mainly designed to get money out of younger or more gullible players.

  • Customer Support is non-existent

    The game is fun enough, but that is completely ruined by almost zero customer support. Those that spend money (and a lot of it) in game still are not heard. I personally have a support request in for over a month now with no “real” resolve. You get the precanned auto response, and when you provide the requested info, it’s weeks until a real person reaches out, IF EVER! My recommendation is just stay away, you’ll be happier not throwing your money down a garbage chute.

    Great game, good people and lots of fun. I have been playing for a few years now. And have seen a lot of changes. Yeah, heavy coiners have definitely changed the game and forced us little guys to change tactics but hey, that’s life. There are a few glitches here and there but mostly during battle events. One of the major issues of this game is the “Customer Service” or lack thereof. Anytime that there is an issue, customer service will ask for screenshots/ Proof (definitely understandable on a business perspective). However, Even is screen shots and proof are provided with the initial complaint, the response is still always the same. “ we’re very sorry…Provide screenshots and proof…we continue to optimize your gaming experience…”. Naturally, you try and provide additional information if any with hope of resolution. Ha Ha joke is on you. You’re lucky to get a response a month later and that’s only right before they close out your ticket without resolving the issue. I would have definitely given this game 5 stars, Six if it were possible but with the lack of respect this game has for the customer is unreal. “Play at your own risk” Airborne

    Top Games, Evony King’s Return, uses false advertising to lure customers into the game. Then it abuses its customers; shadow banning active players, using pop ups to trick people into spending money, and reduces rewards and makes achievements impossible. The only way to be successful is to spend money. Lots of money. There are constant glitches, server lag, and some days you will wake up and see items missing from your inventory. Customer Service takes weeks to resolve simple issues. There is no zombie shooting! Save your money for something else and do not download Evony.
