My first consultant handpicked profiles that didn’t match my partner preference and tried to convince me to change my preferences according to her. If they have a big chunk of data why would you do that? Secondly, it’s not your job to set preferences for your client. Second consultant said timings don’t match and by that time second week was over. Third week, it was better but by Sunday he got tired. There was no follow up on Sunday and then on Monday he didn’t pick up three profiles as promised by Shaadi. The overall experience has been poor. All of their employees don’t use VIP app to communicate with clients. This is because they don’t want to be tracked. Why? Because their work ethics are poor. No matter how much fake experience they tell you, they don’t even put efforts. They don’t ask about your relationship with your family or your upbringing or achievements in your career, what you aspire to become and what you’re doing to achieve your dreams or goals. Raj sold me VIP service by telling me that the discount code has been generated (without my agreement on purchasing the service) and if I don’t buy the service now, I won’t be able to buy it in future. I wish this rating was read by the owner. The employees are just passing the time by faking about work. Once a person says that customer service was helpful and consultant stops working. Waste of time, money and energy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to BUY VIP SHAADI. They don’t know how to present a profile that’s the biggest reason and secondly they don’t take initiative to communicate. Their pitch is poor. You can use premium service and initiate conversations that’s much better. I did that and found better profiles and got better responses.

VIP Shaadi is waste of money and time. The guys working as advisors just kill the time by sending matches one or two a week that we do not like. Not worth to money we paid. Website may be ok and work yourself for appropriate matches. I’m the victim of these guys. I realized that this is waste and requested to cancel and refund. The advisor saying continuously that refund is in process for last 3 months, now his supervisor says refund is not in their policy. Why advisor saying for past 3 months refund is in process? Advise to others don’t join VIP and waste your money and time. DHANUNJAYA M

They said they have a higher ratio of match making and all stuff. Higher price for membership but lower satisfaction for matches.

Karishma is best advisor and consultant, she did hard-work on my profile and in fast pace it was not easy to work on my profile, however she did it. Seems like a scam. They promise you the world and call you many times. Once your money is with them they don’t provide you the service and then ghost you once you ask for cancellation. Terrible service. Please don’t fall for this scam!

It’s deceiving. Once you sign up and pay you cannot get in contact with your advisor. I do not recommend this program

The service itself is decent (though you need to be able to assert your boundaries at times since the VIP advisors can be aggressive about continually moving the matchmaking process forward, and this isn’t a process you should rush). The app needs some work; the chat function just loads indefinitely at times. If you’re familiar with standard Shaadi nothing here is going to surprise you; it’s better than the standard service, but you’d expect that for the money you’re paying. Worth it if the standard service is going nowhere for you, and you can afford it. In a few weeks I’ve connected with some promising people thus far. It remains to be seen whether this will lead to marriage. (I would have waited to write a review, but the app is insisting I write one now, so here you go.)

Request everyone dont use there service waste of money and time you will not get VIP service and the are not answering call or message they are cheating only if will ask for refund they will make stupid story. I try to reach email Id which is mentioned but no response they don’t refund the amount its big amount has been paid forcing covert the members ship which I don’t want. Poor service be careful!!! Giving wrong information and rush you make payment.

They only update in the app that they reached out to the prospect & there was no response. I am sending the requests myself & they don’t even schedule the call .. say that user was not comfortable with conference call. Consultant doesn’t even call me. So basically they don’t even want to know what I am looking for. Don’t fall into this trap!!

Please don’t waste money on this service, I have been in this service for 6 months and I have received just 2 phone calls from prospects ! And they are not special profiles, they are just regular ones. They don’t do the due diligence that the profiles are compatible or real, there is no match happening at all. The employees/consultants are really bad!
