Description

The FODMAP Diet Experts is a recipe app packed with healthy nutritious recipes, designed for people following the low FODMAP diet – an effective diet which helps reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Alexa and Laura, two UK dietitians who are trained in teaching the low FODMAP diet, created the app after finding that their patients and clients struggled with creating everyday meals that were low FODMAP and healthy. Alexa and Laura believe that following a low FODMAP diet can be healthy - and delicious! The recipes in this app are simple, nutritious and will help you adapt to the diet more easily, without feeling like you’re missing out. The app contains recipes packs for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks, each of which can be bought separately or downloaded as a complete collection. As well as recipes the app contains handy hints and tips to help you get to grips with the low FODMAP diet more easily.

You get 5 recipes of their choice for free. Breakfast X2, lunch X1, dinner X1 & a snack. Even though the other recipes charge, this app does show the names which you can just google it. Can't really do anything without paying more.
  • Download if you want 5 free recipes, that's it...

Disappointing. Just an app for Fodmap diet recipes, which would be great if there were more than five. Well there are more than five, but they expect you to pay $3.99 to unlock the rest of them. While I respect what you're trying to do, I will have to pass. Mainly because I can look at several Fodmap recipes free of charge on Pinterest.

I thought to myself, finally a free FODMAP app. Nope. You get 5 recipes for fee, but the rest are $4. It only gets two stars because of no popups or ads and it looks good.
