    It does the programming for me cuz to be honest, I hate doing it for myself! Lots of variety!! Will note that maybe on an updated version it could let me make notes or keep better track of my weights and reps for different trainers and fitplans. First time using a workout app so $6.99 a month to have trainers program workouts for me sound ME! UPDATE! The new update has made it difficult for me to navigate through the app if I'm already "working out". Would be nice to be able to toggle back to the "calendar" to check my weights and rest from past workouts. Please don't fix things that don't need to be fixed. Thanks.

    Love the variety of workouts and different exercises. It keeps me motivated because I can’t wait to see what is next. The only draw back is that I haven’t been able to find a single chest workout for women. With my old workout I did them every 3rd workout. With the active rest days in this app’s workouts I revert to my old workout. Hope a change is made to incorporate a chest workout.

    I did Jen selter lower body workout and the next day I was so sore even though I workout regularly. Very easy and convenient app. Love it!

    I love this app. It has really helped me. I have it 3 stars for one reason, you can’t leave notes on your workout. Many times I have easily completed a lift and not been able to leave myself notes for the next week on whether I should up the weight or stay. If I could leave little notes on my workouts like that I would give it 5 stars.

    I wanted to graduate from cardio queen to toned bliss and I had no idea how to do it. I spent a half hour a night plotting a workout. Later it was planning on the weekend. It was just a lot and I felt like I was guessing. A lot of apps I downloaded used equipment I didn’t have. They were boring. Not intuitive... etc etc. I follow Michelle Lewis on Instagram and her husband, Jimmy. She has basically done everything but hold your hand with everything she has created. I figured why not, she knows what she is doing. So I now have the app and I can’t say enough how simple it is to use. Her works out are tough, but you don’t get a body like hers without cussing and fussing. So put up the work and she has a road laid out for you. Just do it.

    I was following different trainer routines but things changed and I couldn’t afford paying for a trainer, I found out about this Fitplan and I started doing the Michelle Lewin Pro Challenge . Although some exercises were still difficult for me, I saw better results. I love it. I’m about to finish that Fitplan and excited to start a new one. Thank you Michelle Lewin
