  • Great workout plan- quirky app

    I love the program. However there are a lot of bugs. I’m in PWR week 5 and it logged my Sunday workout on the wrong week. Also for some reason if you accidentally get out of the app mid workout - you can’t pick up where you left off- or skip the timed workouts to pick up where you were which can be frustrating if you are near the end. I also wish you could log the weights you use it would be nice to see any weight progress within the app.

    This app is so easy to use and super accommodating to a busy life and schedule. The recipes for the meal plans aren’t super complicated and the workouts are broken down step by step for beginners, and even get super tough for the more avid gym goer. 5 Stars for these ladies, love all the programs so so much!

    I basically $10 a month for a personal trainer on my phone. I’m a visual person so this explains every step when working out. I also don’t know how to cook, and this app tells me exactly what to buy with step by step directions on how make the food! So I’m not wasting my money either by over cooking.😋

    Love the app! Really makes you motivated to do the exercises and I like that it’s a circuit-type training so you don’t get bored. I do wish that when you do one of the workouts that’s not part of your weekly workout that it goes on your planner since it counts towards your resistance workout. I’d like to keep track of which Glutes or Abs/Core workout I’ve done.
