    It is a very handy app that reduces the stress of what to do and when. Also food suggestions are helpful. I really wish it had an appletv app and/or a function where I don’t have to touch the screen each time I want to move on to the next workout.

    A friend sent me a link so I downloaded the free app, signed in with Facebook and apparently I have been getting charged. 19.99 a month for 6month. I have never used the app so don’t know how it works, but can’t find any info on who to contact about it.

    I’ve used this program on and off for about a year. I am stronger and leaner. I don’t have time in my busy life to pre-plan all my workouts and spend hours in the gym which is why I love Kayla’s app. I get a killer workout in within 30 mins, and it’s super effective. Can’t recommend enough!
  • Money making scam

    I unsubscribed and deleted this app months ago, but it turns out my card has still been charged $20 each month. I downloaded this app for a brief time to see what it was all about- did not think it was worth the money- and deleted. I never got my free trial and was charged $20 for months after unsubscribing from this app. They make it impossible to cancel. COMPLETE SCAM.

    This app is a Godsend ! I have never really been in shape and after having my daughter I decided it was time I get my act together. This app is understandable, I love how it builds week to week and the exercises are broken down to explain if you don’t get it initially. I can do everything from home (which I love! Gyms are intimidating to me) and the fact that Kayla added different trainers and programs to switch it up is awesome, so you don’t get bored. These workouts are quick at 28 minutes and totally doable. I am SO glad I found these workouts and will continue to keep up with them!

    I think the monthly subscription is way too expensive for what this app offers. Most free workout apps I’ve seen have had more of a variety of workouts than this app has. I think they need to add a lot more workouts and other additional content for it to be worth the price. Do better.
  • Amazing program but app has lots of bugs

    I am on BBG Week 12. I love the workouts in the app and the workout planner. The only problem I have seems to be a programming/coding issue. Multiple times I have been using the app and it freezes. During the Resistance workouts it has frozen between circuits. I just did the Challenge, and I was on the last exercise (50 minutes into the workout), I went to change the song and the whole app froze and then went back to the main "workouts" tab. It basically restarted and said I didn’t do my workout. I've had to cancel the app and restart the workout from the beginning. The app also lags. When I click “next” to go to the next workout it does not switch, I thought I didn't click it so I clicked it again and then it skips an exercise. Another issue is notifications. I have checked the app and notification center in my phone settings and all notifications should be pushed to my phone but I do not receive notifications unless I have my phone unlocked and the app open. I have googled this and I have updated to the latest iOS, I have deleted and re-stored the app, and I have logged on via a computer so I know it's not my account. The issue seems to only be on my phone. It's really frustrating when the app does not work properly when you're trying to get through the Resistance or the Challenge. I know this has been a topic on the blog as well so something should really get done to make the programming/coding better and in turn make the app run smoother. It has gathered a lot of popularity and quite the following and it deserves the proper programming to satisfy the tens and thousands that use the app. I would really like to recommend this app to a friend but I always tell them how the app doesn't run smoothly.

    So I download the app and I found out it wasn’t free and I just never had time for it(mainly don’t have time for it due to work) so I uninstall the app but somehow I was getting emails so I hit the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and it still give me emails so how do I fix it... I never got past the email and never entered a card number but it won’t stop sending me emails!!!!! What do I do!!!!?!!!! I will rate it 5 stars or take this down when it is fixed🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
  • Comprehensive Workout App!

    This app gives you the convenience of a personal trainer without the high price tag. I’ve worked it with a personal trainer at a cost of $45/session but once we got going I realized I could do it on my own if I could know what exercises to do and I could stay motivated. This app shows you the exercises and how to do them-you can modify if needed and pause between exercises if needed AND Kayla not only shows you the stretches and times you so you do them correctly and for long enough. We never stretched with my PT. The goals for each week but the progress keeps you motivated. You don’t need a gym membership—just a few pieces of equipment that you can get along the way as you get stronger. $20 a month is a lot less than a gym membership and a PT so if you use it, it’s a great value. I love that there are yoga sessions to mix in and diet suggestions. The only thing I wish they would add a diet option for Paleo.
