    LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I truly appreciate Kayla adding trainers on to her app! I tried it back when it was just BBG and unfortunately that style workout didn’t fit my training style and goals, but now that she added BBG STRONGER and POWER, which is heavier lifting with gym equipment, it is EXACTLY what I wanted. My favorite part about this app is how it does all of the thinking for me. I’m often so tired and warn out, I have no energy to make up a workout routine or find one I want for that particular day, but this literally does everything for you, all I have to do is click Start. It has truly set me up for success. I could not be more pleased. I do hope the POWER workout continues to grow with a 3.0, etc :) Thank you!!!
  • Great App but could be improved

    I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now. I love the workouts, the app is fairly easy to use. However, there are a couple of things I think could be improved: 1. Ability to preview the next week 2. Currently the week starts on Monday. Users should be able to pick which day they would like to start the week. 3. Cool down and recovery timer vibrates, should be audible 4. Need a way to sync with Fitbit These won’t stop me from continuing using the app because I really do enjoy the workouts, but would certainly make it more user friendly.

    I love the workouts because they’re easy to do but work up a great sweat! Like others’ complaints, the info indicates that equipment is not required, but some exercises require a bench, jump rope, weights, etc. So maybe edit the info so app users are informed and more prepared?? I only wish that the app works offline so I can still view and complete my workouts if I don’t have service!

    the Apple Watch app needs work. I’m having issues with it crashing whenever I attempt to begin LISS from my watch. Or I’ll get through an entire resistance workout and it’ll crash at the end without saving my workout data. You can mark the workouts as completed in the iPhone app but it doesn’t record the specifics of your workout.

    The app should allow you to include additional workouts in the calendar manually. The liis part, should continue running if the person runs more than 35 minutes. Likewise, I only ran 4 miles and it marked 6 miles.

    This app is so amazing!!! I never knew my way around a gym and I was too scared to Venture out and try the weight machines. But now I’m working out everyday and even looking forward to the work outs. This app makes it SO EASY to get in shape. Totally recommend!!!!!

    Great app, has some bugs every now and then. The biggest issue is not syncing to my Apple Watch to do workouts.

    This App has literally allowed me to workout efficiently and ultimately harder than I ever have! I used to do BBG and BBG Stronger with Kayla, and now I do PWR with Kelsey! Both are amazing and will change the way you work out. With that being said, this app is expensive. It’s about $10 more than a local gym membership and can be glitchy sometimes. But the pros definitely outweigh the cons for this app! Would recommend to anyone!

    I love this app! I have struggled to find the motivation to work out consistently but this app makes it so easy to do. You can choose to do a program that is home based (BBG) or at the gym (BBG Stronger), and there are other options as well such as a post-pregnancy program. There really is something for everyone. I chose the home-based program and I love it. It requires minimal equipment and only 30 minutes, 3 days a week plus a little cardio. The only equipment you really need are dumbbells and a bench (I literally use a wooden chair, not a fancy workout bench). You can make it work for you! As if that isn’t enough, this app also provides a meal plan that takes you through three meals a day plus two snacks, and even includes a grocery shopping list for each week. The recipes are simple (and delicious) and can be customized to a wide variety of diets (vegetarian, vegan, etc). Also, for ingredients that you may not have on hand there are often substitute options provided. Lastly, remember to take pictures! I cannot stress enough how amazing it is to look back over your progress week by week and see your body changing. The scale may be deceiving, but those progress photos are not!
