    I have tried a LOT of fitness apps and this one is my favorite so far. This is better than Jillian Michaels, Aaptiv, Daily Yoga, and 8fit. My only gripe is the cost—this is much more expensive than other fitness app competitors. I wish it were a little cheaper and/or let you agree to a yearly subscription, but still charge you monthly for it (just can’t cancel until year is up). I like that you can switch between programs, do challenges, and workout along with one of the Sweat Instructors. It also integrates with Spotify, so you can listen to your own music while working out.

    I’ve been using this app for 14 months. The transformation that my body has made is amazing. First I completed 24 weeks with Kelsey PWR, then moved onto Kayla Itsines BBG and BBG Stronger, and now I’m on my 6th week of Chontel Duncan. Each week I’ve felt stronger and more fit than the week before. Each trainer has their own style and I saw my body change with each new training style. This app keeps me motivated and I don’t get bored in the gym either doing the same things over and over or trying to find something to do. One day I will get the nerve to show before and after pics. Don’t hesitate to try, it’s definitely worth the money!

    I am someone who exercises regularly. I don’t have a trainer so I get stuck sometimes doing the same routine. This helps break up the monotony of my routine and brings something new to get me sore. This is great for someone who knows what they are doing but just needs new workouts and ideas!

    I know it’s a lot of money up front but I feel like it’s a tremendous value for the yearly subscription. Everything is laid out so nicely so I don’t have to think about working out I just turn it on and get to it. LOVE!
