    Perfect fitness app. I can make a schedule that imports into my calendar. The workouts are awesome. I can take progress photos and compare to see my results. I have been using it for 9 months. Lost 20 pounds and gained lean muscle. I love this program and app!!!

    Paid for their lifetime free subscription, but was charged for two months. They stopped responding to my emails. But thanks to Apple who promptly responded and refunded. Still haven't heard from SWEAT regarding unsatisfaction. I'm a big believer in customer service and they have minimal. No worries. Wanted to love it...

    Super easy to use and follow. The videos make you feel comfortable so that you can successful do the moves. The meal plan is great for ideas. In the yoga version, I wish the app would call out the pose change so you don't have to star at your phone. I also wish that if you changed your week you wouldn't lose your photo data. Still a great app and have seen positive results even while using it inconsistently.

    I did the original 12 weeks from the book and decided to try the app during a free trial. My trial is almost up and I'll likely pay for it for bit. Some feedback: I wish the week didn't automatically turn over on Monday. I don't often keep the M/W/F schedule so I'll be mid-week in real life when on Monday the app propels me to the next. I haven't used the food info and likely won't. Would prefer to pay less per month for workouts only. Like I said, workout content and video demos are great.
