  • Best workout app but it could get even better

    It an amazing app, I wish it would connect to Garmin Connect. I paid the money to have it for a year because it provides exactly what I have looking for in an app, however if it would work with Garmin many more athletes would jump on board and be willing to pay for the app. I Love it.
  • Not a dummy at the gym anymore

    I didn’t grow up lifting weights. When I first started I felt clumsy in the gym... like people were looking at me like who’s the new guy. I love this app and that it generates workouts for you based on your recent exercise data and muscle recovery. I also watch the videos and read the descriptions of proper form. I feel like I’ve been doing this for years when I move smartly from exercise to exercise. This app is intuitive and I use it (just about) daily now. No pushy emails from the developer.

  • Worth the sub price

    I use the free version of this app for about a year on and off, then I really got serious about lifting again and paid for the elite subscription for a year. Not a bad price and it is EASILY the best fitness app I’ve ever used. The work outs it suggests are on point, I’ve made more gains in a month with his than without it. And it can be tailored to your equipment, your goals, your time, it’s awesome. I just wish there was an android version so my other friends could use it too!

    It seems like the app likes to work all the same muscles consecutively so far, I mean I’ve only used it twice so far but yesterday was a great workout and today kind of hurt those same muscles so I stopped and jumped to several hours of supersets with a classic physique friend of mine, I’m men’s physique. So yeah fantastic app! Best I’ve seen! But if you’re a professional or close, I would say you’re probably better sticking with what you do.

    The only exercise app I found that allows you to include the equipment you actually have to use. This makes it especially great as you are building your personal gym at home. Like having a personal trainer in your basement!
